Its central location in Stavanger.Coffee /tea facilities in lobby were great.Very helpful staff. Steps up to reception ! they could quite easily put in a ramp to allow the pulling up of heavy cases. |

The hotel has a great central location. The staff went out of their way to please their guests. The printed information advertisement and online site were misleading. The hotel is not as modern and flashy as the adevertisements make it appear to be. It was still nice, just not like the pictures! |

Helpfull service, with helpfull staff that could speak very goog English There was a bit of a problem with the ligthing in the room when we arrived at 23.30 hours,as ther was non and was not rectified until the following morning, when we had to change rooms |

All of the staff on reception were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The room was nice although we would have liked a double bed rather than two singles. The location was also very good. Very close to the shops, bars and restaurants in town and close to buses and ferries for you to get in and out of town. |

Likte veldig godt at man kunne beholde rommet til kl 18.00 på søndager. Det passet helt perfekt for oss. Da fikk vi muligheten til å oppleve museer og andre søndagsaktiviteter uten å stresse med å sjekke ut. Kanonbra med sen og bra frokost søndag, det er alltid kjekt! Veldig bra med vafler og kaffe tilgjengelig i respsjonen. Tja... Det blir jo pirking siden rommene var rene og pene, men badene kunne kanskje hatt en liten oppussing. Takplater osv... Men igjen dette er bare pirking. |

Très bonne situation géographique à 5 mn de marche à peine du terminal Fiskepiren point d'arrivée et départ des ferries ainsi que de l'arrêt du FlyExpress Bus pour l' aeroport. Au coeur du Stavanger animé des boutiques et restaurant. Personnel serviable . Atmosphère conviviale. Petit déjeuner correct type buffet. Bon rapport / qualité prix au regard des prix ordinairement élevés du marché hôtelier norvégien. |

At vi kunne sjekke inn etter midnatt (kom til Stavanger med et sent fly) og at vi fikk ha en ekstra frokostgjest (som vi selvsagt betalte for) - vi likte også kombinasjonen av pris og beliggenhet |

Vi likte både beliggenheten og gjestfriheten. det var reint og ordentlig. Vi hadde det vi trengte og vel så det. Det eneste aberet er han som sitter på hjørnet og spiller trekkspill. Spiller og spiller, fru Blom? Det var slitsom å høre på på dagtid. Få bort alle såkalte trekkspillere. |

Hotellet ligger sentralt, omtrent midt i Stavanger by. Kort vei til fergeterminal, handlegater og indre havn med gatekafeer og restauranter. Flott at vi ikke behøvde betale for at vi bestillte langfilm på hotell tvèn for manglende hånklær og kun en toalettrull. |
