Room was really small for myself and my daughter as we had to share a bed and there was so little room to move round the bed. But we were only there overnight so it was OK for that and if you are out all day/night!

The public living room is nice. Good to have free coffee and water. Parking was convenient.

Breakfast was one hour late, but we understdood it was due to holiday.

Good location, modern and very comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Too noisy ventilation

Staff wasn't very friendly and informative when I checked in. They didn't also tell me that breakfast hours were different during the week. Result; I missed the very good breakfast on monday. I don't like to check-in myself when it's the first time I come to a certain hotel. All the other staff personel was very friendly and helpfull.

Good location, nice clean rooms, free coffee (ie, a machine that makes actual coffee - a big plus given a coffee is about $8 AUD in Norway) in the foyer, good free Internet.

Delicate room and a very good breakfast!

The room was small but very comfortable. The hotel is very handy for walking in the center of the city. We were able to walk to the airport bus 2 blocks from the hotel. Very convenient.

Rather spacious room, good bed, well enclosed shower, positive staff.

No parking at the premises (had to park in a public parking house 300 metres away); quite noisy room (facing to a road with much traffic, and not particulalry sound proofed); poor desk solution (not suitable for work), poorly lit (only few and tiny savings bulbs); a bit scarsely equipped room; limited capacity during breakfast; content of breakfast very much average, and not particulalry well managed; the whole hotel feels a bit "closed and limited" (no views, no atmosphere, -just a place to stay for the night).

Everything was great, from cleanliness, to staff assistance and breakfast. Also, they offer coffee and tea around the clock to the hotel guests. The space is amazing and the town is worth a long week- end city-break :)

Nice at right price

Very friendly and helpful staff, central position with a coffee bar in the foyer area used a lot by locals. Tronheim was for us an unexpected pleasure with a lot to offer and here is an excellent place to stay.

I liked everything-no problems at all-a great staff that had all the answers. Clean, Clean, & just as safe. Greatest breakfast selection you could ask for.

Organic breakfast menu, fine building, sunny/friendly main hall.

You are not able to adjust room ventilation separate from main light-switch.

Litt trangt rom Altfor dårlig belysning på rommet, særlig over speilet på badet Musikk, eller musakk i restauranten/kafeen/matsalen

Fin atmosfære, lite og komfortabelt rom og god frokost.

At jeg fikk bot ved å parkere utenfor, i gata hvor det stod mange, og hvor det var arbeid som gjorde at halve gatas parkeringsmuligheter var borte. Parkerte på klare parkeringsfelt i brosteinen, som allikevel hadde skilt med parkering forbudt, som det var vanskelig å skjønne hvor gjaldt! Det stod i hotellprospektet på nett at det var satt av parkeringsplass for hotellets gjester, men ved ankomst ble det sagt at jeg bare kunne stå utenfor der.

Likte ikke at de var glass dører mellom oppholdsrommet og toalettet. Trodde fra opplysningene/omtalen om hotellet at det var parkering på hotellet, noe det ikke var, måtte lete etter parkering.

Ytterdörren till rummet var lite trasig.Toalettlocket fastnade i ringen då och då.
