Très bien situé près de la cathédrale et du port. A 2 km du départ de ferrys pour les Lofotens. Petit déjeuner et diner compris dans le prix. Imbattable en Norvège.

Good location. Good breakfast.

Clean, comfortable rooms, access to Internet

Dining Room was a little bit dull and dining buffet was average

Constant complimentary coffee. Unexpected complimentary waffles in the afternoon. A more than adequate buffet supper. Well designed bedrooms although small.

The reception staff was exelent,very helpfull,very friendly.The rooms were comfortable.The breakfast and dinner were very good.We loved the design.The room and bathroom were very clean

The only problem was that there is a take away restaurant down the street which is open all night and it was slightly noisy.Other than that we recommand the hotel completely

Very pleasant reception staff and good clean well maintained but older hotel interesting artefacts in well decorated corridors and evening buffet though modest included in the rate.

Breakfast room was not very Nice - claustrofobic

My sister and I both liked the relaxed and calm efficiency. Staff always willing and happy to help.They often treated us like friends. Buffet meals simple and generous and interesting. Bathroom worked really well.[ But getting in and out of the bath was quite hazardous without hand rails or non slip mats]. Room was ready late morning which is good, and luggage room appeared very secure. We will recommend this hotel and thankyou; you made us welcome so far from home.

The welcome from Marianne was exceptional when we first arrived on the 31st May. The unexpected birthday gift and message from Astrid-Marie was a lovely, very thoughtful touch and a nice surprise. The restaurant staff were consistently helpful and attentive and catered to our gluten free requirements very well. This included cooking a special main meal when the one provided was not gluten free. We actually stayed twice in this hotel during our holiday and it was nice that we were remembered from our earlier visit. Great to have undercover onsite parking, but note the spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. The quantity of food on offer for both breakfast and dinner was good. The main meal was quite sufficient and did not need to be advertised as a light meal; however there was not a massive choice of hot dishes or desserts. We found this to be the case in all the hotels we stayed at during our three weeks in Norway. The hotel is well placed to explore Bodo and the surrounding area with the shops only a few steps away and all means of transport only a short walk away.

The room numbers and floor numbers might take some getting used to as they do not correspond ie. 418 is on floor 6. It is labelled in the elevator however each time new people arrived we saw them get confused. The inability to reserve a space in the garage may also be a problem when the hotel is full although we did not experience this. The first room itself was quiet however there was a constant background drone from some machinery possibly something to do with the entrance as we were right above that. Room temperature was a little too warm during our first visit and we could not find a way of reducing this effectively. However on our second visit staying in a different room we found the room to be much cooler which we preferred.

Free dinner included in the price. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels in this price-area. Hotel stuff very kind. Nice rooms. Well located in Bodo (Subway and 7 Eleven are just opposite the street; many other bars / restaurants just around the block)

Staff were particularly friendly and very helpful.

God frokost. KomFortabel lemlesting på rommet. Sympatisk fellesområde med mange sittegrupper. Svært vennlig resepsjon

At de ikke kunne finne bookingen min. Heldigvis var det ledig rom på hotellet.

Atmosfære og personale.

Dårlig tilgjengelig mht parkering. Dere må fortelle om garasjen...

Trivelig betjening. God mat. Mange måltider . Kveldsmat.plassering.Koselig atmosfære.

Under vaffelstunden måtte vi vente i 15 min i kø grunnet bare et enkelt vaffeljern. Stort samtaleemne i køen og definitivt et minus på helhetsintrykket som hotellet med små midler kunne unngått. Dør på 313 måtte jeg selv smøre med såpe for å klare å åpne uten makt. Toalett der vi måtte holde ned knappen til det var ferdigskylt, samt at det bråket unormalt ved oppfylling, bør skiftes!! Irritasjonsmomenter som er unødvendige..

Frokost og kvelds. Mulig å steike vaffler om ettermiddagen. Det aller beste var den fantastiske sengen.

Opplevde at noen kom inn på vårt rom midt på natten. De hadde visstnok fått aktivert sine nøkkelkort på vårt rom og våre nøkkelkort var deaktivert da vi sjekket neste morgen. Meget ubehagelig opplevelse som gjør oss usikker på om vi vil bo der igjen!
