Clarion Collection Hotel With  

It was a beautiful hotel. Lovely room. Very clean and lovely facilities. The waffles in the afternoon were great. In the perfect place also being so central in the city.

The young girls at the front desk did not seem interested in you. I was hoping for some kind of concierge service where the hotel staff would help me enjoy and get the most out of the town. It was not welcoming or homely at all at the front desk. Would be better with older more mature and helpful and happy people on the front desk who have more of a vested interest in the tourists. They were not rude - just disinterested.

Good rooms and internet, good selections for breakfast. The evening meals were not spectacular but a good deal especially for those cutting costs on food in Norway. Waffles were great! Reasonable queueing.

Rooms were a little cramped once we had a baby stroller.

Staff let us park in the company car park for free, waffles late afternoon, comfortable but small rooms, location

Breakfast hot food was cold, still nearly £200 but that in typical for a good hotel in Tromso, wifi overloaded so slow or non existent

Loved the waffles in the afternoon - but get there early! Try and get a harbour view room if you can - the view is amazing. Great location, within walking distance of everything in Tromso and the pick-ups for most of the excursions

- The view - the hotel is in the centre of the city - the staff is really nice - the sauna and the relaxing room is remarkable - the food was very delicious - the bed is comfortable

- There were no closet in the room, we had to get dressed from the suitcase - there were not much space to store our staffs - the lamp in the toilet shuts down when we are in there

Very central location over looking the harbour. Staff very freindly and helpful. The complimentary buffets (incl afternoon waffles) went down a treat! in what is a very expensive country to eat out. The room was a good size, powerful sower and the top floor sauna ans steam room wirh views over Tromso was a welcomed hour or so spent thawing out form the cold :)

Honestly didnt notice anything i didnt like. Was there a small queue sometimes for waffle? - yes did it matter no way!

This hotel is value for money. The all inclusive package of Wifi, breakfast, afternoon waffles, evening buffet meal, round the clock tea/coffee/water for free makes it unique. Country like Norway which is very expensive, such a hotel truly helps for budget travellers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The availabilty of food was excellent and it was a beautiful hotel. If anybody is staying in Tromso they should stay here.

Though we were arranged to another hotel (but much moe luxury actually), Clarion gave us free and really good dinner. You are really of good servic to the travelers! A wonderful trip in Tromso. The pity is we didn't see the aurora.

Need some improve with your internet system

For the price of the hotel, in Norway it was excellent value! The buffet in the evening and waffles in the afternoon are fab value added extras that sets this hotel apart from others. Perfect location, close to shops.

We like the location and the meal arrangements. The hotel was smartly presented and the rooms well laid out.

Absolutely lovely staff, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was included so this helped us keep the cost down. Also lovely hot chocolate and waffles in the afternoon :). Very central location and it was easy to get everywhere in the town by bus or walking.

With the high cost of every day items in Norway it was great to have coffee, water, breakfast and evening meal included in the room rate. Location was excellent for the view and a short walk to City Centre.

The Sauna And Steam Room are not available all day. The exercise room is wuite small compared to the pics on the website.

Staff are kindness. Good location as well as evening meal.
