To be in the center of Bergen in the old district. Was absolutely perfect for that requiement. An unusual heat wave hit with temperature reaching 34 degree C. No A/C in hotel was the only problem faced however all other things made up for this one inconvienence! |

Location. There was no air-condition and the room was as hot as a sauna!! We had to open up the windows BUT the pubs were so noisy downstairs preventing my whole family from able to take any rest until 3am!! This is a vacation turned into a total nightmare!! At least have the courtesy to provide a fan! And we had to check-out early to catch the "norway in a nutshell" train but breakfast was only serve from 8am onwards! We had to leave with empty stomach! So much for customer-friendliness!! There is only a staff at the reception but we were met with indifference attitude! |

Central location. Breakfast. Staff a bit indifferent - deactivated key card after one night even though we had booked two nights. Internet advertised, we assumed WiFi, but wire was required. This was not provided, and explained only on checkout. |

On finding the street, first impressions were a bit worrying but once open the front door revealed an interesting and historical building sympathetically transformed into a hotel. The bathroom was well appointed with a deep bath, shower and good towels. One could have drunk the two bottles of wine deftly left above the well stocked mini bar - but we did not. Housekeeping checks should have been more rigorous, given the class of hotel. |

Room and bathroom excellent.Location for getting around Bergen was excellent, but came at a price. See below. Air conditioning was useless. Bergen was experiencing a very hot phase. With windows open the street noise which went on all night made sleeping almost impossible. We chose the air conditioning option but could hardly breathe. Overall I would recommend it, with this word of caution, in hot weather. |

Small. friendly double bathrooms, Maren was particularly delightful. wall controls didnt work and were very frustrating to manipulate. Alarm woke us up early the first morning. No air conditioning |

Lovely warm, well appointed bathroom. Central area in The Bryggen. Reception staff excellent and very helpful. Breakfast selection was poor, even for a continental breakfast. Breakfast staff indifferent to our needs. |

Fint hotell Frokosten! Synest personalet bør sjekke den oftere. Da vi var der var det pålegg som hadde stått framme lenge. Og hun som jobbet der gikk fra vaskebøtten til frokosten. Ikke akkurat verdt 150 kr. Vi har aldri spist så lite frokost på et hotell før!! |

Отличный, маленький, уютный, отель в самом центре Бергена, приветливый персонал, бесплатный интернет. Атмосфера будто ты попал в 18 век. Рядом хороший не дорогой итальянский ресторан. |

Plassering, badet var nydelig, men utsikten kunne vært bedre. Heisen var grei, og nips på badet var akurat passe. Frokosten var altfor dårlig og det skal lite til å bli MYE bedre. Da er det meste i orden. |

Et sjarmerende hotell sentralt i Bergen ved fisketorget. Nennsomt restaurert fredet bygning med flotte rom. Topp service. Anbefales. |
