On the booking side I crossed in the field for smoking room.When I arrived at the hotel they said that they did not have smoking room. If I knew that they did not have a smoking room I would not have rent the room.

Nice people, large rooms, not far from the railway station and the center of Lillestrøm My room was old and smelled like old with old carpet on the floor, and too much noise from the nightclub on friday and saturday night. This was winter, but it must be even worse in the summer when you have to open the window because the room is too hot and no aircondition. This price is only fair because this was during an exhibition.

The Hotel does not have the same standards as Best Western in other European countries (e.g. France) and is totally overpriced. The breakfast buffet was not amazing (no joghurt, very little fresh fruit - one day out of three none at all). Upon arrival I was told that I had already checked in (???). So the receptionist guided me to the room to see if there was somebody else already sleeping in my room. It did not occur him to help me with my lugguage as we went up the stairs. Overall the staff was very reserved/ towards unfriendly. WiFi was very slow.

Beliggenhet Mye bråk både om ettermiddage, da vi prøvde å få til en ettermiddagslur, og mye bråk fram til kl 0300 om natta. Ikke bra ! Bråket kom fra hotellet.

Den hyggelige familiære omgangstone med hotellets personale er et stort plus. Min kone fik lov til at disponere over værelset til kl. 13 næste dag - tak! Prisen er ok. målt efter norske forhold.

Det var dårlig belysning på rommet. Lyspæren I gulvlampen vr så støvet at den var rett og slett brannfarlig, og taklampen kunne sammenlignes med måneskinn.

Frokosten var flott I hyggelig og rolig atmosfære. Det var godt utvalg I pålegg og matvarer. Ekstra hyggelig med vaffler til teen. Prøvde å ringe hotellet for å gi en beskjed ca 15 ganger over seks timer. Kom konsekvent til telefonsvarer. Det stod et brukt glass på rommet da vi sjekket inn. Kjedelig - forhåpentligvis en lei glipp. Det kan med fordel være et tilbud om fruktte også i teskålen på rommene, det er mange som synes det smaker bedre enn Earl Grey.
