Very helpful staff, clean, good breakfast and free Wifi. Easy to use shuttle bus to/from airport only 5 minute walk away. Also only 5 minutes by bus into City centre.

No shaving point or hairdryer in the rooms.

Good location, reasonable price good food.

I really like the fact that it was a nicely furnitured single room, very clean, and with for a very nice and calm atmosphere. No noise. Many times are single rooms left to be not so nice in hotels. The breakfast was fantastic, and the price I got, gave really value for money. Will stay there again.

The bathroom could in near future maybe be issue for renovation. The fact that they kept 70% of the price on top of the reserved amount as a deposit, and now after 3 days it has still not been releazed from my account. Nothing that gave me a less nice stay, but I think I would have been more consistant and punctual with the uniform of receptionist. Nice, bute girs, but with an old woolsweater inside the jacket, not a nice shirt or similar. Just a small comment, nothing that bothers me... but a small note for the image builder...Also if I had brought a bigger luggage, the fact that it is not an elevator, would be a challenge for a woman with heavy bags.

Not very much. Friendly hotel welcome however wasnt explained about facilities. Brakfast time etc.

No bar. Carpet filthy on stairway up to rooms. Room was cold only heating was a convection heater on wall that was inadequate for the room size. I was cold all night. Bathroom freezing with air being sucked constantly leaving a very cold room. Too cold to take a shower or go to the toilet. No god night guarantee( meaning if your stay was poor you could claim a refund). Quite a common practice now in the United Kingdom.Ensuring that customers get a good deal. This was not a good deal. Breakfast room had poor lighting. Couldn't see what you were eating. Brown furniture with yellow fabric covered stained chairs. Breakfast was cold- even what was supposed to be warm. Scrambled eggs cold, one piece of bacon in serving hatch, baked beans cold.

Friendly staff. Good food.

Very beautiful and tastefully designed rooms, very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. perfect value for money. location is not central, but then Stavanger is not that big!

Friendly and efficient reception personnel. Very good breakfast buffet. Good city/airport location.

No elevator, even though only a two story hotel. At age 74, suitcases are heavy lifts, even for one floor of stairs!. Hallway too long. (We were all the way down to room 241.) Very slow room cleaning, in fact not until after 2-2:30PM on 8/23, even though "clean room" sign was out on leaving the room at 10AM and even asking the man cleaning rooms to do so just after 1PM. Should prioritize cleaning with continuing guest first or give the man some assistance!

Spent over a week driving through the Southern region and prices are crazy but this hotel was like an oasis to be honest. Clean, comfortable, afordable, great breakfast...everything was exactly what I could've hoped for. Great staff too. Perfect

no negatives....the drab look of the exterior just make the interior even more welcome.

The hotel was great, looked a little aged from the outside, but once inside it was a nice set up, modernized and the room was perfect for what I needed, the room was cleaned and re stocked well each day, and the breakfast included were really good. Overall a good experience and I would stay again if the price is right.
