Pretty everything I like about this hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast (you must try the salmon!), design, and cleanliness. We travel in 4 countries and this is the best hotel for my trip! *Location is also great, nearby the bus station and city's attractions

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Safe atmosphere and friendly environment. Pass code for free WiFi Internet works for certain hours then I had to enter another code and so on, and on and on .... Electronic door key became inactive for no reason several times.

We had a fantastic view of the harbour from our room. It was in a convenient location in the central part of town and near the Bus station. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We preferred Alesund to Bergen as a place to visit. Its not a Luxury hotel bet that is not what we were looking for anyhow.

rent og romslig rom. Veldig hyggelig betjening i restauranten. Helt ny person på jobb i resepsjon ved ankomst, uten tilgang til hjelp. Forstod ikke at vi hadde forhåndsbetalt. Rommet hadde vindu rett ut i en "sjakt". Mugg i taket i dusjen.

bra frokost. 1.klønete passord til internett, mye styr med å logge inn og logger man av krevdes det nytt passord (?). 2. Dårlig batteri til fjernkontroll TV. 3. Sparedusj. Må stå i dusjen i 10 minutter for å få Shampo ut av håret, det holder med 4 minutter med normalt trykk.

Fint rom med fin utsikt og god seng. Sentral beliggenhet :) Matsalen kunne med fordel vært litt meir innbydande .. Tenkte at det hadde vore fint med en lys fin tapet i bak-kant mot vegg, for å få vekk pub-preget...:)
