An excellent location and a very good buffet breakfast

Any hotel of this level should be providing coffee machine/kettles in rooms, i wont be staying again due to this.

Very small room. I arrived at midnight and I had to knock on the closed door for ca. 10 min.

It was a good location close to the central train station and also the square where most of the trams leave from. It was a bit disconcerting when returning to the hotel late at night as there were a few prostitutes in the area. However my Norwegian colleagues and friends informed me that this is a typical experience in central Oslo these days.

I needed to iron a shirt and trousers as I was there on business however there was no ironing board, iron or trouser press in the room. There is an ironing room on the 6th floor but it's really just a cupboard with an ironing board and iron in it. There weren't even hooks for garments while ironing something else. This seemed a bit cheap and unhelpful to me.

Very centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Central Railway Station -- but with Tram and Bus stops also just outside the Hotel. Nice feel to the place as soon as you go in - very friendly helpful staff. Our room was a standard twin but more than adequate for our three night stay -- and the included buffet breakfast was both plentiful and of excellent quality.

Great city centre hotel. Nice, big room, fantastic bed. Very clean. Great staff. Thanks to its city centre location, there is no shortage of pubs and restaurants within seconds of the hotel, but the hotel's own bar and restaurant are fine if you don't feel like going out. Within easy walking distance of the main railway station, too.

We travelled with two small kids, this hotel has family room with reasonable price, excelent location, very helpfull staff and good breakfast.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the comfortable beds.

Could hear the traffic outside and the people walking above us.

Location is good and the hotel is quiet at night.

I paid extra for a room upgrade and still I had the following comments: Requested a kingsize bed - I got 2 small singles pushed together which was not satisfactory. Breakfast was ok but had to wait for more milk, more juice etc. People were smoking in the breakfast room and in the reception area. Poor selection of in room tea and coffee, no regular tea and no milk. Limited selection of tv channels
