Breakfast was not good, tables untidy and cold coffee.Requested double bed but 2 single beds just pushed together. |

The hotel was reasonably priced, right in the centre, comfortable, clean with friendly staff and placed within easy access to everything. The hotel bar was closed for most of our stay although staff would bring drinks to your room on request. |

It was adequate. Definetly a 3 star. Location fantastic and perfectly comfortable but not luxurious by any means. Shower in my room didn't work |

Hotel is located in a quiet part of the city center and is also conveniently located near Oslo central station and bus terminal. |

Great location, generous breakfast, free wi-fi Small and uncomfy room, old bathroom with bad shower, noisy street. Staff are friendly but give you wrong information. Overall, no way near 4 star category but acceptable value given prices in Oslo |

great location - close to all attractions and shops. Terrific breakfast - very important in such expensive city as Oslo :) nice, clean room and bathroom. I had to wear earplugs as it was very noisy (tram stop was beneath our window). |

The hotel staff were very helpful with answering our many questions and providing advice as to what to see and how to get there. We did have a minor problem with the shower. The staff were very apologetic and in the end we were very happy with the solution. We would have liked a bar in the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing being able to return to the hotel and relax with a drink would have been nice. |

The location was excellent to get to local attractions and public transport was easily reached nearby to get to attractions further afield. There was a good selection at breakfast, and even though things ran out, if you ask politely they would be refilled quickly or even brought to your table. Slight musty smell in the lift. The information provided by the reception staff wasn't always 100% accurate. |

It was fine for a first night in Oslo, the staff were helpful but not a lot to recommend it. Breakfast was spartan. |

The hotel is very well located; it is close to the subway, railway station and the city main attractions. When I arrived in the hotel, they did not have the reservation I made through booking.com. Still, they could get a room for us. |

The central location Very poor room for breakfast - you have to wait a lot and when beverages are finished they do not filled in - my credit card was debited by a wrong amount and they settled the matter after my claims - not to be recommended |

The only thing I liked was the central location of the hotel Very poor room for breakfast - you have to wait a lot - at 9.00 beverages were finished and nobody filled in - it is absolutely not a four stars hotel - not to be recommended |

Ideal location within City Centre. Close to station, numerous bars and restaurants and the best shops. Free Wifi. Breakfast was good. Decor was awful, particularly the room's bathroom, and the bath/shower was useless. The hotel bar closed at 21.00 and the hotel was locked on our return after midnight and it took half an hour before someone opened the door to let us in. We were soaked. Nothing offered back by hotel despite my angry comments the next day at checkout. |
