The hotel was clean, the restaurant served good quality food at competitive prices

Lots of little things that all add up, such as (based on room 204) :- I had a double bed, you obviously didn't have any sheets to match because instead you put on the bed single bed sheets laid horizontal across the bed. This continued with the duvet, where the bed had two single duvets. The coffee machine which was very nice had no milk with it, which meant it was expresso style or nothing. The bathroom just felt cheap. Having the shower connected by a hose to the taps is the cheapest way of puting in a shower rather than plumbing in a fixed head on the wall. Even the toilet seat felt like cheap plastic. You're on Booking.com as a four star hotel, you're not, the quality of fixtures and fittings were equivalent to a three star hotel.

Standard rooms are quite small, limited toiletries provided, including only one piece of soap provided over a four day stay.

The concierge was very kind...Comfy room and nice price.

Our toliet didn't flush when we checked in and we told the front desk and they imediately switched us to a different room with no questions asked and it was even a larger room.

Comfortable beds, decent sized room for whole family, price, staff, breakfast, family friendly. Restaurant was reasonable value in evenings and variety for all ages and tastes. Location excellent - central but very quiet. Cosy even in Norwegian winter.

Too warm on occasions. Windows did open but ideally we wouldn't open the window with the heater on full blast!

Very comfortable. Perfect as Oslo base between sections of our Norway holiday. Family rooms good size for 4 and much better value than other hotels. Breakfast had good variety and quantity. Beds and esp pillows really comfy. Staff on reception superb. Location central but quiet. Restaurant did reasonable evening meal. Flexible with our arrangements and very understanding when we made mistake with dates. Looked after our excess bags while we explored the country.

Bar refused to serve us drinks after 7 hour train journey from Bergen - we arrived at hotel at 11.05pm and bar shut at 11.00pm......minor but upsetting at the time!

Relaxed atmosphere, with friendly staff. Free was very useful while travelling.

The inclusive breakfast was good, but the fruit juice had ran out on both mornings of our stay.

Central location, great access to city and trams. Not too expensive for Oslo.

Looked a bit outdated and bathroom needed upgrading.

A nice lobby, an ok breakfast, and very polite and nice staff.

The hotel needs impovement. The elevator and hallways are worn. There are only one person at work in the evening, so they can not assist you in the room if needed.
