Decent design

Room too small, water escapes shower, cleanliness average (floors), price too high ,in respect to other countries

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Air conditioning in room sounded like tram going through the room every three minutes

The reception staff were very polite and pleasant

I get the feeling this is a hotel in trouble. We had to be moved three times because the room had not been cleaned and the fabric of the room was in a very poor state, e.g. broken mirrors, scuffed walls, stained bed spreads. We were moved to a better room but it did not get cleaned and we constantly had to ask for supplies such as towels etc to be replenished. The hotel had a night club on the roof which kept one awake until 02:30 each morning. The staff did their best to compensate, but feel the place is falling apart. This is definitely not a 5 star as it stands.

Breakfast was excellent.

Debit cards were not accepted.

The Service. Didn't get the room I#ve booked. Air Condition didn't work in the suites.

Staff were very helpful, polite and professional and it is well located for walking around central oslo

Rooms was very small and the general finishing of the hotel was below standard i.e walls chipped, windows dirty and general standard of finishing was poor. Breakfast was also below par for a hotel in this price range. Your website also stated they had the follow facilities: Sauna, Fitness Centre, Spa & Wellness Centre, Jacuzzi which they don't have at all!!

Stille og rolig.Nydelig bad,praktisk løsning.Fin service hos personalet,hjalp oss med ekstra stoler da vi inviterte noen på rommet.

Bedre frokost.Litt hyggeligere i ankomstrom.Bedre hodeputer,de var dårlig.Bedre sittekomfort på rommene

Meget moderne og behagelig romdesign.

Fantastisk hotell, med alle fasiliteter man trenger. Flott rom!

Sentralt beliggende

Meget slett og dårlig service. Tok ikke tak i ønsker, som også var helt "normale" på et hotell i Norge i 2009.

Bekväm säng och skönt sänglinne. Skönt badkar som vi provade. Spännande design som tyvärr inte räckte hela vägen.Opraktiskt och inte genomtänkt i alla detaljer t. ex. inga krokar för handukar eller badrock, gick inte att måla ögonen då lyset vid badrumsspegeln var för svag.

Vi anlände kl 16:00 till ett rum som fortfarande var ostädat efter föregående gäst. Dåligt! Vi gick ner till receptionen och fick vänta 30 minuter innan rummet var tillgängligt. Minibaren hade en flaska vatten och en Fantaburk! Personalen var orutinerad, det räcker inte med vänliga smil. Badhandduken kändes ofräsch.
