Great breakfast buffet. Cozy whisky bar with a decent menu and a huge selection of whiskies, although ridiculously expensive. Comfy bed. Room decor was weird and dated, especially bathroom. Visible mould on tiles in the bathroom, also more than noticeable smell of mould. Not a proper double bed, just two singles put together. |

Kindness of the staff. Nice decoration. Very well located even if by the train station (that in most of European cities is bad), in the small lovely city of Bergen is very usefull and central. The rooms are very confortable and roomy. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices from warm food to fruits but as i don't drink cow milk, I would be very pleased if there were other milk options at the hotel breakfast, like rice milk for instance. Cakes could also be a good idea. But I would stay there again even without rice milk. It was great. |

My trip was by plane/ train. Hotel is next door to train station and airport shuttle drop you off pretty close to the hotel. Not too far from the city center harbour. It rains a lot in Bergen, and although hotel has bikes to lend it is not so easy to use them in a rainy place. If planning to go in the summer should definately use the bikes. Breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular. The room i stayed was very small. I was travelling with a friend and we asked for twin beds. The 2 beds were really small. Hotel is a bit old but does not compromise your stay. |

We loved the old luxurious feel of the hotel with the high ceilings and wood panels common areas. The food at the Whiskey Lounge was excellant and a good bargain compared to most restaurants in Norway/Bergen. Great place to stay if travelling by train as you are 6 meter away from train station. |

I loved the nostalgic charm of the Grand Terminus. The Whisky Bar was really cosy, and the breakfast was fantastic too. Walls were quite thin, so we could hear the tv in the room next door late into the night. |

The hotel is next to the railway station and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and the quais. So you can avoid taking expensive taxi rides. The room and bathroom were smallish but comfortable and quite adequate - OK value for money in pricey Norway. The breakfast buffet is good with a wide range of food. When we arrived on a Sunday the wi-fi had not worked since Friday, according to other guests, but the reception staff seemed to believe it was working, although they admitted that some one else had complained. This created a queue of irritable guests for the one public computer that was working. There were two but one was non-functional. Fortunately by Monday evening they solved the problem and wi-fi was working OK. |

It is historical hotel and has it's charm. Very pleasant staff and clean rooms. Rooms big enough. It is 20 minutes walk to the main Harbour. And just 3 meters to Bus Station. The breakfast wasn't as pleasant as all other stuff. No sweets and not a lot of fruits. Just one yogurt. I wasn't glad as I didn't find anything I would like to eat the second breakfast. |

Excellent Buffet Breakast...Front desk was helpful. The room given us was very, very small and didn't even have a shelf or any storage space...essentially the bed took up the entire room...#603 I believe...the Front Desk on request changed us to #585 which as large, very suitable and had a lot of storage area. The Sauna was not good as 1 element was not working and no towels were supplied. |

Partially modernised old hotel opposite train station. Refurbished rooms good (but very small). Efficient check in / out Room & bathroom were tiny. Single beds were very narrow. Hotel felt very 'institutional' |

The location is good, nice basic clean rooms. staff was nice. Free tea & coffee in the lobby. Breakfast on one of the days we stayed wasn't refilled fast enough, at some point we felt like almost all food is finished, and only after a long time they refilled the breakfast. The hotel provides 2 computers with Internet. One of them didn't work, and the Internet didn't work half of the time on the other one. |

Extremely freindly staff, very atmospheric. Our room appeared to have had a refurb. Quirky and nice, would stay there again. Just need to keep the window shut because of the noise from the station, but it didn't keep us up. |

I enjoyed my 1 night stay at the Hotel. It location is one of its advantages, near to city but still calm place to relax. The hotel staff is very helpful. The wireless internet did not work in my room, signals were very weak. |

The old, but very nicely restored bar and dining areas was lovely, very majestic. There was no wardrobe space in the room and the bathroom was very wet as the water didn't drain properly |

With stunning views over Bergen and adjacent to the popular city park, Lille Lungegårdsvann, is the Radisson SAS Hotel Norge, with its strikingly renovated guest rooms. |
Refurbished in 2007, the Comfort Hotel Holberg is located in Bergen’s vibrant city centre and close to major attractions, shops and entertainment. |
Combining traditional style and modern design, scattered with original paintings and sculptures by Norwegian artists, gives Augustin Hotel a distinctly personal touch. |
At the heart of Bergen, this 1970s hotel was renovated in 2005 and is within walking distance of our famous harbour, fish market, shopping area, Funicular, Grieg Concert Hall and theatres. |
