Grand Hotel  

The location cannot be beaten and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Grand Cafe is perfect for dinner and the breakfast available is of a very high standard.

Was excellent. Only problem hotel did not have our reservation from booking.com which was not the hotels fault. Was with my daughter-we had a brilliant time and would definitely stay at the Grand Hotel again.

Everything was perfect!

The Grand Cafe serves excellent food both during breakfast and the rest of the day.

Bar services are very poor, with a caotic and packed 7th floor and strange opening times for the other bar.

Centrally located, very nice, spotlessly clean room, free wifi, excellent, friendly staff, amazing buffet breakfast.

Our room overlooked the street and was extremely noisy at nights until about 2am, also a lot of noise, banging etc from (ladies) (!) floor above. I would stay again, as overall it was great, but only if I could make sure that I had a quieter room next time. Wifi is free which is great, but is painfully slow.

We had a 7th floor room facing the courtyard. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The minibar was fully stocked with a wide variety of drinks and snacks - all reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet is simply amazing - everything you could possibly want. I couldn't manage more than 4 courses of the 5 or 6 that one could have. The location of the hotel is perfect - being on the main street within a short walking distance to pretty much everywhere of interest.

Nothing much really - The noise of delivery trucks outside in the middle of the night was annoying and the directions/numbering of the rooms is confusing.

Style and facilities are nice. Suite was very comfortable and fairly luxurious although deco in places is a little tired.

Breakfast was below par. I was advised by Concierge that breakfast was served until 10:30 on weekdays. At 10:15 I had to beg my way in and was racing after the cleaning stuff for scraps of food. The waiters were rude and made it obvious that I was no longer welcomed. In general the food was generally not well replenished and the selection was limited for a Grand Hotel.

Fantastic location, grand reputation, classic hotel, beautiful interior. Breakfast has a good selection. Many facilities, E.G. rooftop bar. Some of the staff (but not all) are very friendly.

No WiFi in room, don't know if it's free in the ground floor. The standard room is okay, nothing special. Our non-smoking room did have a very very strong cigarette smoke (we should have asked for a different room). The business center has one old computer that gave problems printing boarding passes.
