I was charged an excessive rate, 2700NK, compared to another guest 1600NK. The Cashier was unable to explain why the difference. |

bathroom was very dirty, due to the heavy wast water leakage from the big pipe under the ceiling in the bathroom just above the toilet. Also the bathroom flor was inclind and alaways waste water was remaind and wet, very bad and dirty !!! The hotel management should be carefuly check and review the hose the room conditions with clean and clear !!! |

The location - right in the center of Oslo and walking distance to Nasjonalteateret station - only 20 mins journey to / from the airport. The sauna, steam room and the small pool. Street noice at night from Rosenkranzgate. The gym only contained 3 machines (running, cycling and elliptical). No weights or other excersise equipment. |

The rooms are nicely decorated and the location of the hotel is perfect. Staff is friendly, and the hotel has a grand atmosphere. The breakfast room is too crowded, and the menu was disappointing. |

Particularly helpful staff. Very good location - could not be more central. Left very early on day of departure and were delighted to be able to have a quick breakfast even at 5.30 am. |

I got upgraded to a humongous suite because the hotel was full. Location was great. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very good. Missed the bath robe |

The Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful and, as this was a special treat for my daughter, I could not have wished for a better place to stay. Everything was perfect. |

The bed was very comfortable and the location excellent Steps and stairs - it was difficult to get bags from the taxi to the check-in; then there are stairs from the check-in to the lifts. There were no porters and a single person in a wheelchair would have had great difficulty staying at the hotel. |

Very friendly staff. Rooms were neet and clean. Because travelling with two kids we got upgraded to a larger room,which was very friendly and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, hospitable staff here also. Great location! |

Ideally situated for central oslo Originally I was given a small pokey room where nothing worked however the hotel transferred me to a far better room on complaining. I wonder if the hotel reserves the worst rooms for bookings.com! |

The Grand Hotel was everything you expected it to be and the location on Karl Johan's Gate is very central. It was very useful to be able to keep our room past the check out time. The noise from the Saturday night revelers on the street below! |
