L'hotel est de grande classe, très bien situé, le buffet du petit déjeuner très bon et copieux dans un décor magnifique, mais notre chambre (grande) était hideuse (totalement "kitch"). Notre chambre située au "Ladies floor" est décorée kitch et très laide. |

Hôtel de grande classe pour un prix modique (summer price). Sauna et piscine sont dans le prix de la chambre ; quant au petit déjeuner buffet, il est très conséquent et de très bonne qualité ! |

Fabulous location. Breakfast was good. Everything was scary expensive (same can be said of everything in Oslo!) That said the room was only so so even for the bargain rate we paid. |

The swimming-pool (Spa) is very nice. The breakfast is good (5*). Perfect situation (main street, near Parliament). Room & bathroom were somewhat tired. Few amenities in the room. No slippers (forgotten ? needed for the Spa). |

we appreciate the staff very nice and kindly.the position on the main street and the confort as a Grand Hotel should be .thy moved because was our 1st anniversary in the juonior suite very nice from the management . |

My husband and I are "budget" travellers and we thouroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in a 5 star hotel for a couple of nights during our last two days in Oslo. The breakfast menu was top rate (first class). I thought the bathroom needed some "touch up" work. The baseboard to the bathroom door was rotted and unpleasant to look at while attending the "throne." Other than that the location, decor, staff, was excellant. |

First room we were shown in new wing was small, horrible and grim. Hotel room we took was very faded and beat up and needed redecoration (although was 100% better than first room) as did hallway to room. Also, as room faced front of hotel the noise level from the street on Friday and Saturday nights sounded like a combat zone until 3 in the morning. |
