Good location in city Center. Breakfast is good enough.

The room we had stayed hv no Internet signal at all, I did ask for a room change, the staff don't give me any solution. They suggest me to use the cable network but there is no cable port in the room and the cable they provide is old fashion type. The kitchen area don't hav any power plug for water boiler or coffee maker, you have to use the plug on in the corner of living room. It is very noisy the whole night until almost 5am, night club, loud music, people screaming , all happen the same time. The room is quite cold there is only one heater in living room, and the window is not tight enough and wind can sneak in. The remote for TV doesn't function at all.

Good kitchen appartment spacious and right in the middle of Bergen

Value for money good for Bergen but it is an expensive city to stay in.

Excellent location for seeing Bergen. The room was wonderful, attractive and large, with a kitchen, sofa, tables and chairs.

Just a comment: During our 3 days there was no housekeeping with the exception of clean towels upon request. Parking was nearby but expensive at 180Kr per day.

Center location. Close to the fish market and rema 1000. clean and spacious room. Sufficient kitchen facilities. Breakfast in Bocca coffee is also fine.

The rate we got ( nok1450 around in end August ) is high for an apartment hotel. Without room cleaning service. Rooms upper 3rd floor have no wifi but only cable internet. Not enough power inputs on the walls.

The kitchenette was well outfitted. Apartment very nicely designed. If you need an apartment good value- .

Lobby was not clean, beds not too confortable but otherwise clean. Breakfast less than minimum.If you just want a really nice hotel room- same price or less, better location look elsewhere.ex. Luxurious Radisson Blu in Wharf lower price for the same weekend. Lot of noise from the street.

The attached restaurant is very loud; was early in the morning until it was quiet enough to sleep..

Too expensive for what it is. The staff was not very helpful even a bit misleading.

Breakfast was pathetic!!!

I was staying only one night as we were then going on to Flam for a weeks holiday. I and my friends and sister enjoyed your hotel very much. As a smoker I was very pleased to see that I could go out of my room and found that I could smoke and even sit down. All in all our stay was very good and would book with you again.

Situated in the hart of Bergen city

This hotel is extremely expensive and does not offer more comfort than a 1* hotel.

Excellent location. Kitchen well equipped.

Hotel laundry filthy. Reluctant to use. The room did not have airflow of any kind and was stuffy. First room we were shown had scaffolding outside, second room was tiny and after complaining severely (and writing to booking.com) we were upgraded and the price reduced. But on the whole the staff were not interested in the customers. There was no table to sit at so we had to perch on bar stools to eat. I wanted to pay with a debit card and to part pay with excess Norwegian kronor which I had drawn. I was told the credit card which I had given as security when I checked in had been debited on the final night so I had to change my kronor at the airport at a dreadful rate, and pay the credit card use for the card.

Friendly staff, clean room well spaced out

Comfortable and within walking distance of transport, shopping, interesting places, restaurants and not too expensive. On arrival before register time after a very long flight from Australia the staff were VERY accommodating allowing us into our room to shower and freshen up.

Having to walk outside to get to the restaurant if the weather was inclement.

Breakfast was very good.

We were on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. The room had everything you need - oven microwave dishwasher. It had a great view and was excellent value for money. Also the staff were very helpful even supplying breakfast for us in a bag because we were leaving before it started. Would definitely recommend it!

Location and price were excellent. I would like to see you provide coffee, tea and milk for making tea and coffee. We left towels on bathroom floor indicating we wanted new towels but they were not replaced otherwise would most certainly choose InCity to stay again and recommend.

Rene rom, god service og svært sentralt

Problemer med internetttilkobling. Savnet ikke tv, men få kanaler.

Rommene var veldig bra. Sentralt.

Frokosten var dårlig. Her var pålegg surt og kun brødmat og frokostblanding. Frokosten ble servert i en bar ved siden av. Denne kan med fordel droppes. Hotellet var verd pengene uten frokosten.

Vi likte at vi slapp å vente i to timer på rommet, men fikk istedet et apartment-rom. Vi likte også at det var restaurant i samme bygget. Servicen og maten var god. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Vi likte ikke at det manglet lys over speilet på badet. (VI fant ingen bryter).
