Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, so saved money eating out. Spacious bedroom/bathroom. Staff are very well-trained.

Hotel does not provide daily housekeeping. No phone to contact reception, you have to walk down or take the lift. Bathroom does not have towel rack to hang your used towel. Can be noisy as hotel is surrounded by restaurants n pubs. Avoid rooms on the 3rd floor as it sits above the restaurant if you want a good nite sleep.

Good place to stay with a family in Oslo. Well-equipped apartment. Quite, clean and comfortable.

The shower - couldn't take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom floor! Too few towels (1 per person for the whole stay).

The InCity Hotel & Apartments is located in the center of Bergen, just 3 to 5 minutes walking to the Fish Market and other necessary facilities like tourist information, shopping malls, etc. Besides, you can find rooms there that have kitchens.

i like the location very much,it just in the center,and near to the cental railway station,and the breakfast is good.

expensive to the students.and we don't need all the equipment inside，but it is good to a family。and it has no computers to use

Perfect location in the city centre

Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. TV is good as it has english channels. Good kitchen equipment.

It was a little pricey. Toilets did not have enough hangers. I was surprised the extra bed charges was not NOK200 as per the confirmation email, and there were charges for VAT/tax which totaled up to NOK 1250, as per the email, VAT/taxes were already inlcuded or not applicable. As we were in a hurry to catch a flight, therefore we did not clarify this on the spot. I think we might have paid extra?

The apartment was spacious, the microwave saved us a pricey meal and the location was perfect.

The In City Apartments were clean and the location was appropriate for transfer to the Hurtigruten Cruise Terminal. The room for night one was booked through an agency and looked out over the beautiful snow covered streetscape in Bergen like a picture postcard but on rebooking a second night after the Hurtigruten Cruise we were relocated to a back room overlooking the garbage bins which was a disappointment.

The In City Appartments appear to have a very inconsistant pricing structure which varies with the desk clerk on duty. Having booked through an agent for night one, the desk price offerred for a second night was double the agent price for night one. After negotiation with the managers the earlier agent price was made available for the second night. The prices at In City apartments were all too high for the rooms offerred but in Bergen it seems prices are comparitively high for all goods and services.

Great enough to come again and the staff were really friendly and accomodating when we left baggage there because our plane left in the late afternoon. For the purpose it was a great place to stay.

My first impression in the lobby was poor. The receptionist was not at the desk, and everything was closed. However, when he arrived, he was most helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a separate "sitting area". It was a small apartment with a kitchenette. Very quiet and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Boring breakfast.
