Friendly staff, clean room well spaced out

Breakfast was very good.

Location and price were excellent. I would like to see you provide coffee, tea and milk for making tea and coffee. We left towels on bathroom floor indicating we wanted new towels but they were not replaced otherwise would most certainly choose InCity to stay again and recommend.

The location was excellent. The room was very spacious. The free guest laundry was great. The staff were friendly.

There were numerous lights that were not working in the room, these did not get fixed during our stay of 3 nights despite reporting them immediately.

It is situated only 3 mins walk from the Skybus bus stop for the airport. The hotel room is an apartment with cooking facilities.

location, near shops n restaurants. Apartment was comfortable n fairly well equipped. They were also willing to store luggage for entire day when i did Norway in Nutshell which saved me lugging around with luggage.

Very disappointing...While the location is good and close walking distance to the city and transport, the room wasn't so good. We had read reviews prior to coming to the hotel and there were a few negative ones, we shouldn't have given this place the benefit of the bought and taken the negative reviews on board. We stayed in the "Deluxe Double", it is advertised as a double and in this day and age thought we had passed the days of two single beds being put together to make up a double, with single sheets and duvet covers. When I questioned this and asked if there were any other rooms with a Double bed I was told that all doubles were like that. To me this is false advertising as it is not a double bed that they are selling..I Was also told that the room does have a double sofa bed, which we ended up using with our single sheets and duvet. The apartment style "Deluxe Room" had a lot of space in the living area but the room itself was small..so almost better that we stayed in the living area. There was a closet in the room which was full of old junk(a microwave, and various other pieces of useless stuff), and was full of dust and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the rest of the room could do with a better clean as well. So if your looking for a double room here I would think twice.

You will most likely end up with a Studio Apartment if you are in a group of 3 or more. The room is definitely clean and appliances are updated. The kitchen is very clean and all pans, plates, glasses, and utensils were provided for free. The breakfast was delicious, too!

The Apartment room is cleaned once a week and we can't borrow vacuum cleaner to do a self quick clean up.

InCity offers spacious rooms in the very hearth of Bergen. The deluxe rooms/suites are well equipped, it truly feels as though you live in your own apartment. This was the first time I used InCity, but I will definitely like to come back!

building in poor condition, run down public areas. rooms rather dark and poorlly designed

it would be perfect for this hotel if they offer wifi instead of cable
