Staff friendliness, location and the old Hotel rooms that have a lot of character if compared to the cold new wing that seems out of place in that beautiful scenery. View on the Fjord is breathtaking, authentic furniture and old feel of the hotel and buliding. Having to go down to the public areas to connect on the Internet; sitting on the balcony outside the room and doing my business and email from there would have been a plus!! |

Le cadre magnifique et le charme à l'ancien de l`hôtel.La disponibilité du personnel Le désign trop carré et modern du nouveau batiment que nous avons vu de très loin. Nous avons failli renoncer à notre séjour. |

Когда приехали в отель, были просто в ужасе, напомнил гостиницу в СССР 80-х годов, старая ужасная мебель, маленькие не удобные кровати, которые просто сдвинуты вместе. На полу старый ковролин, который воняет. Снести и построить новый, который сочитался бы со старым зданием. |

Fiquei no edifício original. Paguei a diferença relativamente ao quarto na nova ala - e acho que tomei uma excelente decisão. Gostei de tudo, em geral. Apreciei particularmente a vista, o conforto e o ambiente victoriano do hotel. Teria todo o prazer em voltar a hospedar-me no Kvikne's. Seria conveniente informar à partida a diferença de preço entre a hospedagem no edificio antigo (onde o charme é completamente diferente) e a ala nova.Seria também bom que os preços dos vinhos no Bar fossem um poyco mais baixos, ao nivel da relação qualidade/preço da comida (que pode ser considerada muito boa) |

A localizacao do hotel é excelente, os funcionários sao solícitos e simpáticos. Por ser um hotel histórico, caro e bem recomendado esperava mais desta estadia. Achei que o hotel seria mais charmoso e mais bem cuidado do que é. O cafe da manha nao era tao bom quanto em outros hoteis da Noruega, o jantar no restaurante também nao foi tao bom quanto esperávamos. Enfim, o hotel nao supriu nossas expectativas. Nao achamos que seja um bom custo/benefício. |
