Located 750m above sea level, Kvitfjell Hotel offers magnificent views over the Gudbrandsdalen valley, right next to one of the best alpine slopes in Scandinavia.

Choose between functional guest rooms and well-equipped apartments with convenient ski-in ski-out. All rooms and apartments have comfortable furnishings and wood décor in Scandinavian style.

At Kvitfjell there is a large children’s area with its own lift, ski school and weekly activity programme. There’s also a Snowboard Park, a varied network of runs with 25 kilometres of piste, 9 ski lifts including 3 chairlifts and 600 km of cross country trails.

Kvitfjell has several new refreshment and après ski spots situated on the slopes. Guests are also served by a well assorted grocery and sports shop and ski rental outlet.

Plenty of room for 4 people and relatively good value. Lovely view of the valley. Norway is expensive, as long as you can handle that this place is great. Kvitfjell blev valgt fordi jeg ville prøve en enkelt overnatning, og derefter 6 overnatninger på gg Hotell. Sidstnævnte kendte jeg fra tidligere besøg. Værelse nr. 227 stank af opkastning eller afløbslugt fra badeværelset. Heldigvis kunne vi skifte til nr. 136 I stedet for. Maden om aftenen bestod af kold hamburgryg. Morgenmaden skulle trods fuldt hus helst ske på en halv time, og desværre gik der noget tid med at stå i kø, for at morgenmad.Årsagen skyldes, at man havde booket ydeligere 150 unge mennesker til morgenmad klokken 9. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful, did you?	6.7

Anonymous Family with older children Norway February 28, 2012	Beliggenheten. Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen.. Wi-Fi ute av drift :-( Frokost buffeten var VELDIG sparsommelig. Bringebær- og jordbærsyltetøy uten klumper!!!!!?? gjør IKKE inntrykk. Brød som blir til luft om du klemmer på det. Ingen substans. Billig, billig!! Middagsmaten var faktisk god, stort sett. Ikke alternativer for barn. Voksen mat!! For meg og min sønn gikk det greit, men ikke alle barn spiser alt. Betjeningen i spisesalen nikket såvidt God morgen. Ellers hvirket man som "hår i suppa" for henne. Trenger opplæring og selvtillit i stillingen. Et lite smil hadde hjulpet betraktelig. En dame flyr rundt med all middagsmaten, og enser nesten ikke gjestene. Ikke bra, men kan bli bra med enkle midler. Nesten kostnadsfritt. Sengene er også av enkleste sort. "Dobbelt senger" som sklir fra hverandre, selv når man sover. Prisen reflekterte IKKE kvaliteten eller nivået, som jeg forventet. MEN, hvem ferierer frivillig i Norge med de prisene vi har her i landet!!!! Bruker man litt mer, sitter man i Alpene med hyggelige mennesker på alle kanter.
