Its a nice little studio to stay in, with complete set of kitchen utensils (although we didnt cook during our stay). Its very spacious for 2 person. The entrance didnt look too good, was quite disappointed at first but I was very surprised when I got to my room and loved my stay there

Very nice apartment with lots of cabinets for storage. Fridge and kitchen were one can cook food if you do not wat to eat out every day. Micro and water cooker for coffee making. Very quiet even the location is right beside Karl Johan. Nice apartment and bathroom. The breakfast room was very small and cold and not very inviting atmosphere.

Loved the little apartment! Clean, feel like home! Loved the location, just around the corner from all downtown activities day or night! Key!!! If you arrive late, make sure you are ready for hassle with the key! This becomes a "self-service" hotel after 9 pm. Something I encountered first time. I read about the key problem and emailed them in advance that I would arrive around 10 pm and they very kindly sent a reply with instructions how to find my key. Code to the front door, code to the little box with my key. But for some unlucky reason, the code to the front door wasn't working. So I end up staying outside, pushing all buttons like crazy, late evening, with my bags.... Would be hell if my wife'd be with me - instant annihilation!!! Would be all my fault! Also I've already travelled for 2 weeks through many places and my phones were in extreme minus on credit because of roaming, I hoped to top up next morning in Oslo, so there I was outside the door, phones dying!!! Thankfully my credit lasted for one last call. I got through to this nice lady from hotel, she was super sorry and promised to send someone, so I decided to sit at the nearby bar. Then to my luck, someone came out of the door, opening it from the inside! Then all was great, found the little box with my room key, opened the door and found the room to be great! Also couldn't connect to wi-fi. There were many networks, password was provided by hotel, but didn't match the networks. Could hotel type and print clearly which password for which network and print it in CAPITALS or lowercase. And was no staff in the hotel to ask. And my phone died, so I could't call. That killed my chances of topping up my phone credit online with my credit card only Skype Access saved me. Another problem was in the morning, I had to catch my flight, so was leaving at around 10 am. At 9:30 there was only a service staff, who couldn't handle the finances, so I didn't get my receipt for the stay. They promised to send it to my accountant, but my company is in Singapore. So I hope my accountant doesn't take expenses for my stay from my own pocket.

Very nice hotel and great location. Only about 5 minutes walk from the Railway Station but nice and quiet. Loved the little kitchen with cook top, fridge and microwave. Maybe a few more things to use for the kitchen, like a microwave safe bowl would have added to it. Being able to cook some basic meals meant we could save some money, as Oslo is not the cheapest place to visit! Also liked the way I could control the heating, as often I find the hotels in Scandinavia far too hot for me. But I could do it all! We did have a small problem, but the staff dealt with it really well, so it was great. Would definitely stay again.

Right in the city center (50m from Karl Johans Gate, 200m from Oslo Central Station), we reserved a normal room and we were given the superior one. Nice! We had a little problem on new year's eve night (no water in our room) but it was promptly resolved by the staff (they gave us another room in no more than 30 minutes). All the staff was kind and helpful, rooms are nice an clean, definitely a pleasant stay. Maybe the lack of some kitchen tools and the breakfast, which is a bit poor.

Comfortable and good use of space to accommodate facilities such as kitchen and loungeroom. Having a kitchen made it very easy to eat well and within budget. Being able to come back to room with breakfast was convenient. Provision of good iron and hairdryer very useful. Bathroom had a slight smell of an open drain.

We wanted to be right in the centre of Oslo near the main street and we were one block away....perfect! We were given an upgrade to a full one bedroom apartment completely stocked with kitchen facilities. The room was clean, well appointed and furnished. The buffet breakfast was a good way to start the day. We were within walking distance of the railway station where we arrived by train from Bergen and where we took the high speed train to the airport. Perfect!! The staff was very helpful with all our questions and had plenty of time for their clients. Our two day stay could not have been any better in a higher priced well-named hotel!! The only complaint was the nosie level of the "hard drinking young Norwegians" outside on the Friday night........but then who can get upset with people having fun,

Location, spacious, light, clean, breakfast ok Size of bed was ridiculous for 2 people and bedding provided was inadequate. Yes, the size was stated in the hotel information but should not be sold to 2 people.Such a shame since the rest of the room was so good. Towels very thin reception not readily available and inexperienced at times room not serviced till after 4.30pm one day.

It's possible to cook in the room, even though the kitchen tools are very limited (just 1 pot, 1 pan, 2 forks, spoons and knives). The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great position to visit all the city's attractions. The table in the room and the bed are too small for two people, they sometimes made it uncomfortable to stay there. Furthermore the breakfast service is very limited, surely not for a 4 stars location. But what I really couldn't stand was the noises that came from a club in the neighbourhood, which prevented us from sleeping well. We wouldn't come back.

Nice big room I have never had such a poor sleep. The hotel is next to a nightclub and it sounds like you are in the club. Music is pounding, people are yelling in the streets. Never stay here on a weekend night!!

The room with extra bed was perfect. Perfect ! Kitchen very practical, the location coudn't be better. Very loud noise from the roof with dj and a student party, wednesday and thursday nights. The best way to avoid being disturbed by it is just to join them ;- ]

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was well designed and functional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is next to a nightclub which had very loud live music until late. It did not bother us too much but could be inconvenient if guests have young children or if the guests are elderly.

“The hotel is very nice stay and the rooms looks ok, large, comfortable. The toilette is small but is anyway ok, very clean and is not a big problem the fact that is not very large as the room. The breakfast is excellent, looks for a 5 star hotel with american/english breakfast, salmon and other good food, but also a rich choice of cereals, yogurt and others for a traditional mediterranean breakfast. This hotel looks a good 4 star hotel and its location is very good to visit the attraction of oslo city.” Filippo, Cambridge |
