The staff were really helpful and friendly - they went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. I have recommended the hotel to my friends and will definately return to it.

Location was perfect. Room size and decor was very good. Like a lot of Norwegian Hotels, Best Western also had extremely spongy beds with ultra-soft matresses. VERY uncomfortable for the back and to sleep on. Fortunately, the room was big enough for me to to put the top matress (60mm thick) on the floor and sleep on that. I got some fairly reasonable sleep after that.

Excellent reception staff. Spatious room. Ideal location. Comfortable interior hotel layout. Sound-proofing from the street isn't bad but could still be improved.

Location. Not value for money. My room was crammed with little space to keep minimum things. The TV.did not work and my complaints were not head. The staff said they can not fix it. The bath room was small and while bathing since there was no divide, water spilled all over the floor. The telephone instrument was so tiny and was hanging In the wall making relaxed speaking impossible. The breakfast could have more options for the money they charge. Overall not value for money b

Convenient location in city -Brakfast is too late, starting at 7 A.M. -Room card was disactivated day of departure very earlier morning, could not enter the room after cup of morning coffe (breakfast was not yet available)

The old hous looks great but this has to pay for too many bad things extremely small room, noise central ventilation system which cannot be stopped individually, breakfast not at the level of the good Norwegian standard. Breakfast room in canteen style

The hotel is very nicely in the middle of town, i.e. walking distance to most offices where you may have meetings. A grand staircase speaks about an interesting past, and all hallways are very nicely decorated with paintings, old furniture, mirrors etc. The room was comfortable and the wifi good. There is a business center that you can use if relevant once you have checked out.

Probably just the location. I didn't think the hotel was that great. Really tiny rooms, really really small bathroom with no toiletries, only a soap dispenser with soap that smelled like toilet cleaner. The tv didn't work properly and there was no tea/coffee making facilities. Overpriced for what it was, I wouldn't stay there again.

Excellent central location - close to museums, shopping, and food. Complimentary breakfast was fine. Being right on Karl Johan Gate, and above a bar, our room was very noisy at night. The windows don't provide much soundproofing.

Great location. Easy access to train (from Oslo airport to city), shopping centers, historical sites walking distance. Lots of variety of dining place but expensive. Noise from the street. However, if you ask for higher level room (above second floor) inside room--the noise will be less. Breakfast is average but fresh baked breads--great.

Situated in the centre of Oslo, so easy to see the city center and close the trainstations This hotel should have been renevated some years ago, bit worn out and outdated. Noisy area. Hotel room was fairly small and TV was screwed to the wall next to the bed so no visible when laying in bed!?

It is a rather rundown hotel with a nice fasade, but aged facilities inside, which are poorly maintained. The pipes sing. You can also hear clearly the next rooms conversations. Breakfast quality is poor. The hotel has no restaurant for lunch or diner. Some employees are reather rude. It is advertised as an art gallery, but it is really a tasteless collection of unorganized paintings, most of them cheap copies. In general, it is too expensive for the service you get.

The staff were very helpful and I was able to use the business lounge yesterday afternoon to do some work. The noise - from the air conditioning equipment in the back courtyard, which kept waking me up when I stayed on Tuesday night. When I stayed on Thursday night I had a room at the front, which was noisy from the people and the bars etc.

“I chose Radisson Blu because it is well knowen for good service and great standard. The stay mett all my expectations! I came to relax for the weekend with a friend and it was really great. The pool and sauna is really great! The breakfast is outstanding! Good quality and great selection and the good service.
