Dejlig atmosfære og venligt personale. Jeg synes, det var et meget lille værelse og en meget lille seng (512). Jeg ville hellere have haft en større seng og undvære lænestolen. |

Hotellet blev valgt ud fra dets centrale beliggenhed. Personalet i receptionen var flinke og hjælpsomme. Det øvrige personale havde vi ingen kontant til. Værelset var udmærket til prisen og morgenmaden god. Den eneste men megen væsentelige anke er den, at der der fra en restauration i hotellets stueetage blev spillet ualmindelig højt musik hver aften fra kl. 20.00 til kl. 03.00 om natten (mandag, tirsdag og onsdag, hvilket gjorde, at vi kun fik få timers søvn. Forholdet blev påtalt til personalet i receptionen. På grund af ovennævnte næsten invaliderende støj, kan jeg ikke anbefale hotellet til andre. |

Perfect location in the middle of Karl Johan, Oslo's main street. Nice, traditional, atmosphere. Single room was small, and facing Karl Johan on a Friday night; it gets pretty noisy! |

It is very centrally located,easily accessible,very good inside decor and good breakfast We were promised internet access which wasn't available whole weekend.Had to go and shower in my son's room Sunday morning because of blockage in sewer system.Very noisy nights(till 03h30) because of club downstairs |

The room was lovely with a super view, staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent and coffee lounge really handy.Loved Oslo and would go back to the hotel. |

I made a reservation after 3 hours I went to hotel reception they told me that they didn't received any reservation after that I leaved from hotel with my 2 baggage it was at 23.00 o'clock. I couldnt find any hotel in city after one hour I made another reservation. I went to hotel they told me that they found my first reservation I have gone to my room at 2 o'clock in the morning colling someone from reception and then tell me that they have second reservation and I have to pay. Hotel reception is not good. Their service is very poor. |

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the hotel is very central. Shower room was good and trouser press and iron in the room was helpful. The room was very dark and rather pokey and the lack of internet and printer for the use of guests was an inconvenience. |

Centrally located in the heart of the city. Staff were friendly, helpful & professional. Breakfast was really good. Safe security system in place. They let me leave my bag in storage while I went to the fjords for 3 days - very nice. No aircon in the rooms can get a bit hot & stuffy. Had to pay for movies, which I didn't watch because of this payment. |

it close to shopping area and very easy to get to the pier for boat trip the staff service belong to some staffs are very poor. when v waited for check in quite long time ,v asked him what's happened? he said he had no idea. so I asked him to find out the other hotel in same type and same room price if he could not provide us the room,he said he would try. this shown that he really no service mind. finally he told us he did favor upgarde room for us from junior suite to suite room but that could not made us feel better. |

Close to everything Oslo has to offer. Great breakfast . Shower/bathtub was not good.Alot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. Had to walk to reception to get toiletpaper. |

Nice old culture building. Worth to keep as much original as possible!! :) Good prices for room in center of Oslo. A little bit smoke smell in first old room we got. But personal was helpful and I got a "smellfree" room. Very nice! |
