Le manque d'information quant à la navette aéroport/hôtel à l'arrivée à l'aéroport. Pour info,depuis l'aéroport, il faut prendre la navette S33 et le taxi étant hors de prix (245 NOK contre 60 NOK pour la navette) |

La proximité de l'aéroport et son prix par rapport aux autres hôtels offrant le même avantage. L'écoulement de l'évier de salle de bains était pratiquement bouché et des restes de papier d'emballage se trouvaient derrière les tentures |

bon rapport qualité-prix et personnel acceuillant et souriant Je n'ai pas aimé qu"une personne rentre dans ma chambre en pleine nuit. Il y a eu soit disant un problème informatique et ils ont attribué 2 fois la chambre. Des excuses mais tout juste. j'aurais aimé savoir que la navette aéroport-hôtel était payante et à 60kn le voyage!!! |

The breakfast buffet was very nice with a rich assortment of healthy food. Also I liked very much the fact that there were toys for children in the corridor just outside where we had our family room. The distance to the airport is quite minimal (5 minutes by shuttle bus), which is practical. The style is informal and attractive. It was not easy to find the hotel based on the road description given on the web pages. Also, the fact that the hotel is called Norlandia some places and Best Western Airport hotel in other places was confusing until we realized it was the same. |

the beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, staff very helpful and polite. The restaurant was excellent. The duvets were too warm for the summer. I would recommend getting lighter duvets and a separate sheet under the duvet cover. |

Check-in went fast, check-out went fast. Breakfast was fine. Lunch was good, for Norwegian standards. Good meeting room with excellent air conditioning. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is not free. |

The breakfast was good. You should have free shuttle service to and from airport as many other good hotels are having. This is the minimum facility you should have provided to your customers. |

Excellent(dinner) food in the restaurant, delivered by very nice, capable staff. Room was a double with two small beds, and a pull-out sofa. Hotel is 5 minutes from Oslo Gardemon Airport. Hotel is also next door to an aviation museum. Airport shuttle bus leaves every 20minutes, and there is a charge. |

nice, clean, modern rooms; good value bar closes too early (11 pm); so does the restaurant (10.30 pm); since there´s nothing around for late travellers to get some food, a hotel should provide some hot meals (sandwiches and salads are available, though) |

The bar staff were very friendly and offered help with local knowledge. The breakfast was good with large selection of foods. The hotel check-in/reception woman was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The booking was not on their system on our arrival, during one of our nights we were kept awake with someone repeatedly trying to access our room and kicking the door. On departure we explained this to our receptionist, who could only offer sorry and then charge us twice the rate (NKK 4300) than what was shown on booking. |

Easy to get to with the shuttle from the airport - close to the airport only 5 minutes Said shuttle from airport was free - cost $10 per person - not impressed with that. Rooms were terribly small. |

It was near the airport and had all necessary services The food and bar were excessively expensive. A small bowl of soup cost $18.00 US and a beer was over $10.00 US. |
