Staff, when present, were helpful and obliging. We were able to extend our checkout to 21:00, which was extremely helpful as we were waiting to join the Hurtigruten, which is just around hte corner. Strange location on the dockside but central and close to the Hurtigruten and town.

Lovely hotel right on the water front. The back door to my room opened directly onto the harbour. Unfortunately room smelled of smoke. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Smoke smell of room

Able to check in any time Very basic, no one on reception from 2pm until about 9am. Breakfast not included in the price (was and extra 80NOK) for cerial. The hotel was nice and when there was someone at reception she was very helpful, but overall didn't seem very good value for money

was very happy with this hotel. Read a number of other web sites on this hotel and was not too sure if a good place to go, as they did not give good reports. I found It was cheap and location choice was great for transport connections. Was clean , friendly, spacious, quite and peaceful, good value for money. nice scenary regarding it was in the dockland area of Svloear. laid back place and homely atmosphere. breakfast was fine and do specials on evening meals which were good. Food fine. Helpful staff. Would stay there again with no hesitations. no shower curtains. better to bring your own shampoo and shower gels. If on ground floor, windows open out if you need to cool down the room at night. Dont have security catches , windows could be open wide . Food was luke warm most times, but heated in microwave if you asked. Think they just serve food at this temperature. Seems the norm in Norway .

Situation idéale (surtout pour ceux qui débarquent avec Hurtigruten). Chambre avec vue sur la mer ( la sortie du port). Chambre spacieuse avec coin salon. Très calme : circulation impossible autour de l'hotel Problème pour les voyageurs qui ne sont pas hahitués aux nuits claires : rideaux qui ne masquent pas du tout la lumière la nuit.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen. Koffie/thee is 24 uur per dag beschikbaar en gratis. De Hurtigruten legt aan bij het hotel. Het hotel ligt midden in de "visverwerking". Aan de overkant van het hotel worden vis en viskoppen gedroogd. (Op de bekekende noorse manier) De vis hangt in de zon tot dat deze is uitgedroogd. Dit proces brengt zo zijn geurtjes met zich mee. Tijdens het luchten van de hotelkamer 's morgens had ik moeite met de lucht. Voor mij het enige kleine nadeel aan dit hotel. De wind kan echter ook de goede kant uit waaien.

Grande chambre. Vue sur le port. Le prix. Pas de personnel à la réception l'après midi. Il faut appeler pour avoir un code. Lit correct mais pas fantastiques. Lieu qui ressemble à une zone industriel.

El hotel se encuentra en buena situación, justo al lado del muelle del Hurtigruten, a dos minutos del centro y con vistas al fiordo y a secaderos de bacalao. La habitación es amplia y hay café y tés gratis en recepción. La recpeción cierra por las tardes pero te dan un código para poder entrar y salir a tu aire. Quedamos muy contentos en relación calidad- precio. Era el alojamiento mas barato para esa época (semana santa) y está muy bien. El baño es lo que menos me ha gustado.

Jeg likte at de la nært det som vi var der for, VM i Skreifiske. Det var en litt enkel standard på rommene, burde byttet ut både farger på veggene, nytt tv og ikke minst nye senger, men heilt greit for en helg.

Zeer geschikte locatie voor bootliefhebbers. Goede locatie voor natuur. Dichtbij alle boot of busverbindingen, safaris,... Vlotte communicatie met personeel. Aangenaam personeel. Voorziening warme dranken en aangename lounge. Ontbijtbuffet goed gevarieerd, brood is vers en warm ! 1 maal was er geen roomservice langsgeweest bij terugkomst in hotel. Het bed zou dagelijks moeten opgemaakt worden met of zonder nieuwe lakens. Roomservice was ook enkele keren te vroeg.
