Location next to the train station made it easy to find even at 1:00 am. Clean, comfortable and spacious.

It'very close to the station in Trondheim and for this reason very confortable for who is planning to travel trhough Norway by train!!

One of the hotel staff provide wrong information that we cannot go to airport by train and by bus is the only way to the airport!

It has really a very good location right next to the central train station, and in a few minutes to walk to a city center. It is a good price for such a convenient location and comfort that you are receiving. the service is fair, staff is well trained and coffee is available all 24 hours.

Its a very new hotel and such is in good condition and modern fittings and art work. The bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly, especially since the train from Oslo arrived 3.5hrs late, making my arrival at 2.15am. Yet the front desk employee was there to greet me although I had adviced them that my arrival would be 10.30pm. It is very close to the train, yet I had no noise issues, being on the river side. This side also provided beautiful views of the boats and riverside buildings.

Trondheim has no public laundry facilities, making it difficult for the long term traveller. It would make sense then that the hotel provide even the simplest of facilities (just one machine at least). The rooms have no phones which is always helpful to have on hand. The air operated auto shutting doors were the only noise disturbance I experienced. Would suggest they use foam rubber to reduce impact noise.

It's proximity to the town, comfortable room, room temperature controls were perfect.

Beakfast that you can get at every gas station - ready made sandwich delivered to the room. The worst breafast that I ever had.

Well designed, low cost, well located hotel.

Slightly short of information - it only emerged by accident that although all breakfasts are delivered to your room, you then take your breakfast to the dining room to eat it is you want coffee or tea. It was not clear that the bathrppm light worked only by movement sensor - a good idea - but very slow to switch off. And that the hotel offered a very good deal on dinner at a nearby restaurant. Better customer information would help a lot. One German or English TV channel would be good too
