P - Hotels Oslo

Jeg mener ikke at hotellet har ret til at kalde det såkaldte måltid som vi fik, for morgenmad. 2 sandwich, med en halv ltr. appelsin juice og 1 æble til hver. Som hang i en pose uden på døren, sammen med dagens avis. Det synes jeg ikke at man kan tilbyde sine gæster, på et tre-stjernet hotel. Desuden var jeg også meget utilfreds over at hotellet ikke havde parkerings faciliteter. Ud over i et parkeringshus, som lå et stykke væk fra hotellet. Hvor man i øvrigt selv skulle betale, men at hotellet ville give en rabat. Da vi skulle tjekke ud dagen efter kl. 7.00, var der desuden ingen i receptionen. Alt i alt synes jeg at opholdet på dette hotel´, gav mig en rigtig dårlig start på min ferie i Norge!

Hotellet ligger centralt i Oslo, ikke langt fra banegaard og rutebilcentral.Sporvogne lige ved døren og ikke lagt fra T-banestation.Vi havde boet på P-hotel i Bergen forinden og bedt om en vejledning til at finde hotellet i Oslo i forhold til Centralstationen, men det var en kørselsvejledning, hvis man var i bil. Da vi var togrejsende savnede vi en gå-vejledning på Internettet.

1- Breakfast was not ready at 4 am [in front of the door], as promised/agreed by staff - and I left without having my breakfast, which was included in the rate !! and 2- Nobody informed me that some construction work was ongoing right in front of the hotel, and it was impossible to sleep, due to the noise of heavy machinery and drill machines, that went on all night !!

It felt shabby, not what I'm used to.

Location is excellent and the way the breakfest is served is funny :)

the rooms werent very soundproof, the TV didnt have alot of sound options so at the lowest setting it was still disturbingly loud

I liked the hotel stuff, the service was very good.

I didn't like the breakfast. It consisted of a cold sandwich, one fruit and juice. However, you could make as much tea or coffee as you want in your room, so it was not so bad.

We had a room on the top floor under the roof; it was a delight to be in a cosy and fairly spacious hideaway, with a small balcony and a view down the long Grensen street. There was also an excellent desk and good lighting.

The receptionist at our arrival was surly. Cleaning staff were much friendlier. The provision of a breakfast sandwich containing ham, cheese and tomato did not fit our idea of a start to the day.

Comfortable beds. More like a guesthouse than a hotel though. Staff very helpful

Shower very small, did not receive clean towels any day even though the dirty towels were taken.
