Stating "including breakfast" and finding out that they hang a plastic bag with a sandwich and an apple on the door is misleading of guests. If I don't want that the number of guests will be written on the receipt, I expect that the stuff will be able to do it. |

The hotel is I the centre of Trondheim Advice: put on the web-site where the hotel is on a map and breakfast is included when you check in it would be nice that they tell the visitors how the breakfast is served |

The breakfast, hung in a plastic bag outside your dog may be not very friendly or trendy, but very practical if you are not the type of person who fancy getting up just to have the included breakfast. You can take it to have picnic outside! No lobby where you could be even waiting for your room to be ready, or just use use your own computer with the, on the other side, great free internet conexion. |

Friendliness of receptionist & her ability to speak English. Size & comfort of room. Accomodation of an early breakfast. Street outside noisy. Bed damaged. |

My room was quiet and pleasant. It is centrally located and about 10 minute walk from rail/bus station. Breakfast consisted of an apple, a ham or chicken sandwich and a pint of juice draped over your doorknob in a plastic bag . not very good. You totally miss communications with other guests. |

The fact that it was clean and comfortable for one of the cheapest hotels in Trondheim very good! It would be nice to choose from a sweet breakfast and a savoury breakfast (with the sandwich) depending where you are from it is difficult to eat a chicken curry sandwich at 08.00 in the morning. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. We arrived very early in the morning with baby and they checked us in immediately, even if check-in time was 15:00. Room is very nice and clean. Sandwich, fruit and juice for breakfast. Cold wind was coming from the fireplace in the room. It would have been better if the room had fridge. |
