This Winter we have stayed twice in this hotel, and both occassions we found that the room was ice cold, the radiator was set to 5 but had no effect, likewise the bath too was very unpleasantly cold. The first time we reported this, it was promised that the hotel will look into the matter, but ?

clean, and the room is quite big.

not really close to the town centre, but the walking distance is fine.

Great location comfortable beds helpful staff let us know how best to explore the city given our limited time.

Other p hotel near station had very helpful and accommodationg staff when we wanted to use their facilties for wait for train.

Never reponded to email request for confirmation for visa purposes which was extremely inconvenient.. Full. payment requested upon booking

Very friendly stuff, good location (not far from the city center), very good room and bathroom with warm floor...

But... Very noisy at night! Our windows looked to the street, and there was overcrowded there till 4 AM! Some women peddled flowers, but I suspect, it was something other...

Stort familierom, med eget rom for ungene. Prisen var veldig bra - valuta for pengene.

Some painting details in the lift. The door is also too heavy to open and it could be a problem for old people, handicaps, etc.

The elevator was broken and we were on 5th floor with 3 small children who could hardly carry their bags. We requested an early check-in, and we were told no through email. The receptionist then said we could come a little early, but was not specific about what time we could come. We came at 2pm, (1 hour early) and the elevator was broken. She said we could have a room on the 4th floor if we waited. I would be surprised if there were not two rooms (adjoining) we could have had on the 1, 2 or 3rd floor - esp. since the elevator was broken and we had 3 small children. We received nothing in concessions for the elevator being broken. (early check-in to our room on the 5th floor would have been sufficient.) less importantly: The kettle was on a shelf with no outlet, the cord did not reach from any flat surface except the floor which I found odd.(and had to be moved across the room in order to do this.)

Cheapest hotel I could find, yet the services and the room were good quality

When I wanted to book for another night the price changsd, it was very high at the reception and a bit higher at bookings. You should at least get the same price for another night, eve'n a discount

Very clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. No dusturbing noises of ventilation.

No minibar.

This is an excellent hotel with a great restaurant. It is close to the amenities, and really easy to get to by airport shuttle. If you have a room at the front it might be a little noisy at night, but that also means there are restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. Also a really handy excellent 24 hour deli.

The only thing I would have liked is a hair dryer in the room please.

Very nice hotel, cheap and very clean. It's in the middle of the town, and more important parking it's free in front of the hotel after 8 a clock in the evening (Sunday free all day).

Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wir konnten die Spotlights über dem Bett auch bei Nacht nicht ausmachen. Frühstücksbuffet ist gemütlicher als eine Sandwichtüte vor der Zimmertür

Hyggelig betjening i restauranten og god mat!

Rommet var knøttlite! Nr. 609. Ellers greit og trivelig, men liten plass til bagasje osv. på rommet. Dusjforheng synes jeg heller ikke noe om på hotell!

Tragisk frokost. Henges op døra. 1 sandwids, 1 på juice og en mandarin. Mange andre Hotel kjører frokost mye bedre til den rom prisen

Beliggenhet. Pris.

Nå har jeg oppdaget at slike hoteller iikke har frokostbuffet, og vil heretter ikke bo på slike mer. Er klar over at detter har med pris i gjøre, men det får være grenser. Frokosten er vel høydepunkt i et hvert hotellopphold.
