The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. The shower was great. The staff was excellent and personable. The duvet covers were small and the TV was difficult to turn on. The bar was expensive but this is normal for Norway I think!

Beliggenhet. Bra frokost. Bra service. Parkering ok Hotellet ligger I et 'partyområde', og har derfor ringeklokkesystem og innleide vakter fra et vaktbyrå. Disse var bryske og uhøflige. Det må være en bedre måte å spørre om man faktisk bor på hotellet enn å bjeffe 'nøkkelkort!' Kanskje et adgangssystem med kortleser på utsiden hadde vært bedre.

Avslappet stemning. God frokost. Godt isolert. Gode gardiner. Stille mot ut(hadde rom mot baksiden). Alt for dårlig belysning på rommet. Var så dunkelt at det nesten var umulig å holde seg våken på ettermiddagen. Rom I 4. etg.

God beliggenhet. Gode parkeringsforhold I P-hus I tilknytning til hotellet. Veldig hyggelig mottakelse I resepsjonen. Lydgjennomgang fra gangen inn til rommet. Et så godt hotel bør kunne ha dører til rommene som er bedre lydisolert.

Vi ble plassert på et rom med musikkstøy, selv om jeg I utgangspunktet ba om et rom som var skjermet for støy .Ved henvendelse I resepsjonen fikk vi raskt et nytt værelse . Supert.

1 Vennlig og profesjonell behandling fra bestilling og innsjekking til utsjekking. 2 Rent og ryddig på alle nivå til en hver tid. 3 God frukost med god service og påfylling selv under stor pågang. Dette er for meg en viktig faktor. 4 God standard pårommet

Stort og fint rom, god frokost. Hyggelig atmosfære Det at vi hadde rom rett over hovedinngangen ble litt nagativt lørdag natt, da det var tildels mye høylytt bråk under vinduet.

Eine Hotelmitarbeiterin hatte wohl mein gebuchtes Doppelzimmer anderweitig vergeben, deswegen bekamen wir ein Einzelzimmer mit Zustellbett. Dieses Bett war erstens zu kurz, zweitens zu unbequem. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir deswegen einen Preisnachlass bekommen würden, wurde uns dies verneint, da man für ein Einzelzimmer den gleichen Preis zahlen müsse wie für ein Doppelzimmer. Da man auf dem Zustellbett kaum schlafen konnte und leider an diesem Wochenende noch grölende und betrunkene Jugendliche auf unserer Etage waren, würde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Hotellet var et hyggelig sted og være, med bra beliggenhet I sentrum. Og med gjøremål mitt I sentrum av Sandnes passet det utmerket og legge seg inn der.

Terassen I 5.etasje som er oss røykere, kunne gjerne hatt noen flere stoler og bord. I tillegg kunne der vore bedre reinhald. Overfylte askebegere er ikke kjekt for oss som røyker heller.
