Modern hotel with decent breakfast When I arrived I was told that the hotel staff can't find my reservation. I gave them the print out of the booking.com reservation but they still were not able to find it in the system. Lucky for me, they had rooms available, so they checked me in. Then (despite the fact that they had a print out of my reservation) they silently attempted to charge me the standard price for the room which was higher then in my booking.com reservation. I noticed this and raised it with the hotel stuff next morning. I showed them a soft copy (since they kept a print out) of my reservation on my phone and they have corrected the price. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom (there was a dispencer but it was empty). When I asked reception they told me that they did not have any supplies in stock, and all they can give me is two bars of soap and a pack of liquid soap. No shampoo.

Hotel is located in building with average exterior, but is has really big (for this class) rooms, good furniture and excellent bathroom with double washbasin. Hotel is big enough, good choice of breakfast/dinner.

Llegamos y el baño de la habitacion estaba sucio. Reclamamos y nos dieron una habitacion superior que era mas confortable seguramente que la habitacion que habiamos reservado. El buffet del desayuno es bastante completo. Aparcamiento gratuito detras del hotel. El baño de la primera habitacion estaba sucio. La relacion calidad precio como es costumbre en Noruega es malisima. Pagas un dos estrellas a precio de lujo. Es la tonica habitual en la mayoria de los hoteles.

Hyggelig betjening. Rommet var greit. Utvalget til frokost var bra. For få parkeringsplasser. Når en parkerte på baksiden av hotellet var det for dårlig merket for å finne resepsjonen.

Grosses zimmer, gutes frühstücksbuffet, zentrale lage des hotels, guter ausgangspunkt für touren an den jostedalsbreen. Im badezimmer fehlt ein kosmetik-spiegel sowie ein zusätzliches handtuch vor der dusche.

Grei beliggenhet. Frokosten var en skuffelse. Lite intimt lokale, og mat, drikke, bestikk etc. var merkelig plassert I forhold til hverandre. Maten ikke spesielt spennede. Kalde egg, og bløtkokt var ikke bløtkokt. Pastaskruer det var umulig å få tygge! Tomannsrom med relativt enkel standard.

Hotel wird von meheren Busgruppen gleichzeitig angefahren. Dabei gibt es chaotische Verhältnisse beim Frühstück, da die Mitarbeiter von Anzahl und Schnelligkeit nicht diesen ansprüchen gewachsen sind. Für Individualreisende eine sehr unzumutbare Situation.

Likte da mesta , men at det ikkje gjekk ann å stilla på temperaturen på rommet var for dårleg , gjekk ikkje ann å opphalde seg eller sova skikkelig på romma grunna temperaturen var forferdeleg høg. Temperaturen på rommet var altfor høg , og at det ikkje gjekk ann å stilla på den var dårleg . ser på eit hotellrom som eit rom ein kan opphalde seg I samt sova når ein er vekke frå heimen , dette var så og sei umogleg.

La habitación era amplia, y el hotel está bien ubicado El personal del Hotel podría ser más cercano, pero comprendo que al ser un Hotel grande, muchas veces no se tiene tiempo para recibir a los clientes con muchas sonrisas. Sentimos la recepción más bien fría.
