Modern hotel with decent breakfast

When I arrived I was told that the hotel staff can't find my reservation. I gave them the print out of the booking.com reservation but they still were not able to find it in the system. Lucky for me, they had rooms available, so they checked me in. Then (despite the fact that they had a print out of my reservation) they silently attempted to charge me the standard price for the room which was higher then in my booking.com reservation. I noticed this and raised it with the hotel stuff next morning. I showed them a soft copy (since they kept a print out) of my reservation on my phone and they have corrected the price. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom (there was a dispencer but it was empty). When I asked reception they told me that they did not have any supplies in stock, and all they can give me is two bars of soap and a pack of liquid soap. No shampoo.

Llegamos y el baño de la habitacion estaba sucio. Reclamamos y nos dieron una habitacion superior que era mas confortable seguramente que la habitacion que habiamos reservado. El buffet del desayuno es bastante completo. Aparcamiento gratuito detras del hotel.

El baño de la primera habitacion estaba sucio. La relacion calidad precio como es costumbre en Noruega es malisima. Pagas un dos estrellas a precio de lujo. Es la tonica habitual en la mayoria de los hoteles.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo indecente. Mi e stata data una camera non ristrutturata che sembrava una cantina. Indecente!!!!

Grosses zimmer, gutes frühstücksbuffet, zentrale lage des hotels, guter ausgangspunkt für touren an den jostedalsbreen.

Im badezimmer fehlt ein kosmetik-spiegel sowie ein zusätzliches handtuch vor der dusche.

Buffen ved ankomst var ikke overbevisende. Helt ordinær til det mindre smakfulle !

La habitación era amplia, y el hotel está bien ubicado

El personal del Hotel podría ser más cercano, pero comprendo que al ser un Hotel grande, muchas veces no se tiene tiempo para recibir a los clientes con muchas sonrisas. Sentimos la recepción más bien fría.

Pettymys, hinta/laatu ei kohdallaan. Kulunut tunkkainen huone.

Grande albergo con camere ampie e ben arredate. Bello il panorama ed eccellente il servizio e la prima colazione..

Frühstückstische nicht abgeräumt und wenn dann nicht neu gedeckt. Zimmer am 2 Tag nicht gereinigt.
