Reception personnel were very friendly and the location to the airport was the most important factor. I did recommend this hotel to three other couples that stayed at the hotel and other Raddisson Blu hotels in Oslo and Bergen. As an American dealing with the American Dollar, the cost of the stay was rather high and had it not been for the convenient location to the airport, I would have to use another hotel. I did book a twin bed room as I was traveling with a fellow relative, but received a double instead. That was a bit uncomfortable for me.

It was located at the airport which is what I needed for a few hour stopover My low scoring is based on the fact that I was given a smoking room when I had booked a non-smoking room, at this price I would also expect everything to be tip top but the hairdryer was broken which is annoying when you do not really have time to spare and are going directly to a flight and then to a meeting feeling less than presentable.

Its sole good factor , over the basic required factor , is the location. Horribly expensive - especially any extras - only stay here if you must. If i can find another nearby at more realistic price, just to stay over a nigtht in transit, i will do so.

Very convenient location for air transit; I arrived from uk late one night and caught an early morning flight to Kirkenes the following morning therefore location and proximity to airport saved me both time and transport costs. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in any hotel. Easy an effective on-line booking/reservation service worked well. Price

it is a 100m walk to the terminal with a direct footpath from the platform of the railway station it was a bit pricey but this more than outweighed the convenience - with a very early flight it is better than trying to come from the city centre

It has the perfect location for travellers who fly in/out of Gardemoen Airport very late or early - it is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Location, right on the airport. Gave me an extra half an hour sleep. Clean and nice sized rooms. Free wifi. No complaints.

I stayed at the hotell because it was very close to the airport, as my plane left on 1.12 at 07.45. I stayed just one night- my purpose in Oslo was to meet up with my friends for a night out - dinner, theater, and a nightcap after. We had a very good time. I booked my room through your bookingservice and my info was that the cost of the room for one night was kr. 1050, But when I got to the hotell it turned out to be kr. 1455. That is not acceptable that the info from bookingservice does not corresponed with the actual cost. That should be rectified. The info should be correct from the bookingservice.

Te service in the restaurant. Otherwise a straight forward business hotel. Far too bulky pillows. Thinner and available extra would have been much better.

There was no stopper for the bathtub, and the main reason for choosing this hotel was that there was a tub, not a shower only.

Location To expensive. I guess that come with the location. I dont mind paying, but then I expect good quality. This is average standard, average decor, average breakfast, and cleanliness was well below average.

The location. Perfect to whom need to take a eraly morning fly. Also the staff are very helpful. Not easy to find the way to get in to the Hotel room. Little bit complicate to follow the information boards.

Great location next to the airport Rooms are basic, old fashioned and somewhat outdated. Food at resto is good but they run short in tables both for dinner and breakfast.

Almost nothing. I had a room which was stinking of air plane fuel. There is a culture from the top which seems to have little regard for customers.

5 min walk from airport (but therefore: nothing around => good for 1 night); good breakfast; fast internet access (free), efficient check-in/out - all you can expect from this category. Totally soundproof. They were changing furnitures in some rooms and corridors were left dirty wiht dust / small pices of wood on the floor: could do better despite unavoidable consequences of such renovation. Rather expensive then the "fair" rating for "value for money"

The room I stayed was different from the room shown in the internet: It was much smaller then on the Radisson website praised (business room for the same price as booking.com offers). Also compared to the offer on booking.com there was a difference in reality: No newspaper service, no bathrobe and no slippers. When calling the reception I just got a standard answer that the rooms shown in the internet can differ from the one you get. I got the promise that bathrobe and slippers will be delivered to the room but nothing happened.
