Hotel has a very central location in the city centre and close to the Airport Shuttle. Friendly staff. No reserved/included parking possibilities but close to public parking. |

Booked 2 rooms and only 1 room was available on arrival. Booking ref. 117.004.453. Spoke with Julliette on 1st September and am awaiting confirmation of compensation. This was a business trip and the two guests had to share a room |

Está centrico.el desayuno La ducha. La cama tenía los muelles salidos y la solución fue ponernos dos colchones finos de gomaespuma (no colchoncillos de latex) diez centrimetros más cortos y estrechos que la cama con la consiguiente incomodidad. Tambien tienen parking gratuito para clientes del hotel dos calles más abajo que no ofrecen, enviándote a los que hay al lado, que pagas por 24 horas pero si sales y no hay sitio al volver, te has de buscar otro parking. |

Kamers zijn schoon. Geweldig uitzicht over zee en het Hotel ligt naast de plek waar de schepen van Hurtigruten afmeren. Afvaarten naar het Geirangerford en Bergen. heel praktisch dus. |

Situacion Han intentado cobrarme un importe diferente al que reserve en la webb de Booking.com. Ellos alegaban que ese precio de mi reserva no era posible, decian que pagara y que luego arreglara con ustedes, hasta tras bastante discusuion,me abonaron en tarjeta la diferencia. |

Sehr freundliche Rezeption, Sehr gute Lage zum Hurtigruten Schiff und direkt am Meer. Für Hurtigrutengäste mit Abreise erst um Mitternacht (Richtung Bergen) wäre eine kostengünstige Nachmittagsnutzung angenehm. |
