Probably the best business hotel in Frederikstad - but much like any other business hotel in any other city Disappointnig that the noises of a party held on ground floor reached the rooms on third floor. Also disappointing that drunken party-goers activated the fire alarm at 3:20 in the morning. And even further disappointing that the hotel staff transmitted cancellation of the fire alarm over hotel loudspeakers 45 minutes after everybody had returned to the rooms, with fire-brigade consent, and tried to fall asleep. Generally a disappointing night; but hopefully this was not an ordinary night for the hotel staff. |

I liked the restaurant , the room was nice but the cleaning was poor. The design of the hotel is very chic and calming. The hotel is very nice, the atmosphere is relaxing and good. This time it was very noisy and me, my lady and child was not able to sleep because of party and loud voices and scream in the neighbor room. |

The worst attitude from the receptionist put us off for the entire stay. They deffinietely need some teaching on how to welcome their guests. |

Hotel itself was comfortable and clean and the receptionist, the only staff I had contact with, was very helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good choice My room was next to a bus station. I was woken in the night by the noise from an arriving bus which went on for some time |

Very comfortable rooms and good value for Norway. Location very good for Oslo, and Roof Top Bar Staff very friendly... just beware of the prices Err... the receptionist that checked us in needs lots of training in Customer Relations and giving out information. Perhaps someone from Radisson will contact me on that one please?? |

We liked the style and modern design. The staff were pleasant. The rooms were fresh and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The ambiance was great for our short break. We were very impressed. Thank you. We were on the sixth floor over looking the roof and could see the roof top bar. It was noisy. |

Jeg likte hotellet godt. jeg hadde foretatt booking ca. 14 dager før ankomstdato og bedt om et allergivennlig rom. Vi fikk rom i 6. etg som ikke var allergivennlig, og måtte etter brannevakuering gå trappene opp,da heisen ikke fungerte.(Grunnen til ønske om allergivennlig er selvfølgelig redusert helsetilstand), så det var ganske tungt. |

Hyggelig og serviceinstilt personale. Frokosten er å anbefale. koselig bar med peis. Det burde vært muig å ta seg en røyk under tak på baksiden. Det tar seg ikke ut at inngangspartiet er den enste plassen for røykere. Altfor dyr parkering i parkeringshuset. Det burde vært gratis om natten. |
