Radisson Blu Hotel Norge, Bergen  

Breakfast was good . Desk front was professional, but this is only!

Beds are very uncomfortable. Main bed for adults like other hotels gives additional! Conditioning system does not work. Room service very pour. Interior very old and requests refurbishment. Not value for money and not according to Radisson Blu standards!

Location

I found the hotel to be well presented despite reading reviews of the rooms being dated. I also had a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the park which was exceptionally quiet despite reading reviews about noise. When booking, if you are looking for a room away from street noise ask for a room over looking the park at the rear in 'Special Instructions/Requests.

Located right in the center of Bergen. Only a minute walk to Bryggen and the sea. Very clean and because it is Radisson and has a high reputation, the people there were nice and very helpful. It was very quiet, and the airport bus leaves just around the corner of the hotel which is a great help!

The location was great. The breakfast buffet was very large and all very good.

The rooms are dated and need to be renovated to be more consistent with the Radisson Blu flag.

Beds were comfortable, rooms very spacious, and a lovely breakfast buffet.

Be warned that this hotel sits across from a strip club and several other late night party establishments that bring out loud, drunken revelers at 2 am...on the streets and in the corridor outside your room.

I suspect the hotel dates from the 1960s and it is starting - just starting - to show its age. It needs a little updating in places.

The door between our room and the room next to us should be better insulated! We could listen to their conversation as if they where in our room!

The size of the Business Class room. Comfortable beds. Great view!

Nescafe machine didn't work, missing kettle, twin beds when booked double. Huge, but ugly 70s looking bathroom.

The hotel is very noisy. This noise comes from air vents in the corridor which are so noisy it is difficult to get to sleep the staff were requested to turn them off but they didnt , but offerred another room . as it was 00.40 it was ridiculous to change rooms as we had to travel to airport very early they didnt offer a refund as per their guarantee

Very noisy on the first night

I liked the location and the size of the room.

I did not like that one could not use the minibar, and that the door to the room was extremely hard to open. neither did I like that when we got a message on the television we could not read it and we could not shut the tevision off.

Interior of room very old. Staff is not very quick to response to requests. Loud noises from Bar and street audible in the rooms until 02:30 in the morning. Parking very expensive and few places due to storage of rubbish and reserved places apparently for staff of hotel.

Fantastic location. Roomservice, pool, restaurants and bar. I really recommend staying here.

Nice location in the center of Bergen. Rooms are comfortable.

Sounds of the hotel bar and the people in the street can clearly be heard in some rooms until deep into the night.

Cold water in shower each morning.

Staff were very helpful in assisting with a late check out. Check in and out times were a lot more felxible than other similar standard hotels.

The television service in the room was very poor. The room was very loud as it faced onto the main square.
