Size of the bedroom, altought the bed was very small and hidden on a small division The sheets were dirty , I had to plug some lamps myself not what I would expect from a radisson |

It was central to the city and the Fly Bussen (bus to the airport passes by just outside the hotel). Key point. Supposedly 4 star, and in some respects it is. Nice restuarant for dinner, but breakfast is a free-for-all. Get down early before the rest of the hotel does and grab a table. 2nd, rooms have no fridge, ice machines in corridoor don't work, and beer in Norway is expensive. I had to ask for an ice bucket and request it twice. |

Staff transferred us without hesitation to a larger and better appointed alternative room when I made the point that the room for our initial night was extremely small |

Its location is ideal and the bus transport to the airport from the hotel is very convenient The decor is dated & shabby & the state of the carpet in the main lift is inexcusable for a hotel claiming this level.The breakfast was a disapointment. Nowhere near the quality we have eaten at other Norwegian hotels |

Location Huge and crowdy (queues often to lifts, reception and breakfast seats!). Poor equipment. Small pool and poor fitness with catacombs underpass. Noisy sorrounding. |

rooms are shabby - not like Radisson at all and mine was tiny. I went to reception to ask for a larger one and was given one the same size. Arrived in restaurant at 10.00 to be told they were closing and I could eat but certain dishes took too long to cook so I couldn't choose those. All before I'd been offered a seat even. I left. |

Svømmebaseng, dog for kald I boblebadet...som kunne så ikke brukes Mange! 1. Bedre støv-kontroll! 2. bedre vask av trappene I resepsjon sånn at det ikke lukter oppkast I hele 1 og 2. etasje, inkludert veien til spisestedet 3.varme opp boblebadet 4.bedre støyskjerming 5.kunne ha vært bedre service I resepsjon 6. bedre vask av spisebordene etter tidligere kunder 7. støvsuging mens kundene spiser frokost er dårlig oppdragelse!! Dette kan gjøres etter kundene forlater spisesalen slik at de ikke kveles av støvet som slynges ut I lufta pga dårlige støvsugere! Bytt filtrene til støvsugere! |

Synes jeg har lest et sted at det er et luksushotell. Der ble jeg sørgelig skuffet. Hadde bestilt for to pers. Fant heldigvis en dyne til i skapet. Fikk nesten klaustrofobi av det lille rommet med de gammeldagse og fæle fargene. Rommet trenger til oppussing. Badet var alt for lite og upraktisk. Så ikke noe særlig til luksusen. Kommer ikke til å gjenta besøket. jeg var skuffet Få det litt lysere og hyggeligere. |

Når du bestiller dobbeltrom bør en slippe å reie opp seng nr. 2 selv. Det bør være 2 seper, 2 champo etc. |

Det er sentralt, nydelig frokost i hyggelige omgivelser. Personalet var imøtekommende og blide. Rommet var rent, god seng med ordentlig dyne og pute, Panelet på badekaret (rom 818) bør settes på plass, det var nemlig løst. |
