El personal del hotel es eficaz y correcto

La ubicación, cerca del centro y de las estaciones de tren y autobús.El desayuno también es bueno y variado.

Su ubicación en la ciudad (centro 100%) y proximidad de comunicaciones (Tren. metro, autobus, taxi). Terminal del aeropuerto en 22 minutos. Equipación del hotel y servicios que ofrece. Distribución y comodidad de la habitación y vistas. Desayuno buffet bastante completo y variado

El colchón de la cama esta hundido. No se aspiraba la moqueta de la habiración todos los días. El café del desayuno era malillo.

La zona del desayunador, y la sauna junto con la piscina climatizada. También el servicio de atención para conferencias.

No me gustó que sólo hubiera un baso, una toalla de ducha, una de baño y una sólo copa. Es decir, la habitación la reservé para dos personas y todo lo que había era para una sóla persona. Además han disminuido al máximo los detalles de baño (sólo hay dispensador de gel y gorro de baño).

the quality of the hotel is not adequate to price, very small sauna, swimming pool and gym, but on the other hand they are situated on the top of the hotel so the view is beautiful; the breakfast could be also richer

sauna is a good thing as it can get really cold in Oslo. Close to Opera, Train Station. The beds were Ok. Breakfest ok.

Money is still reserved on your credit card - even after the payment has gone through.

Breakfast room very busy. Not possible to buy food after 23 hours in the evening.

There are other Radisson hotels in Oslo, but this is the one right next to Central Station, with connections everywhere, so incredibly convenient. The main street starts at a stone's throw from the hotel and all the shopping is right there. The building is a stylish, glass skyscraper, it is the first building that will call your attention in central Oslo, just fabulous. The hall is also quite luxurious and the room wasn't as big as we would expect, neithee was the bathroom, but the decoration and layour were very original, with the bed in the middle like an island and the desk right opposite the bed frame, on the other side. The view from the upper floors is excellent. It's designed for business travellers.

The service was really disappointing. Not attentive at all. They did their work with no incidences, but never spent more than 2 min with us (check-in, check-out) or showed much empathy. Professional but sharp. I saw some staff having a more positive attitude to other (older) clients, so maybe the fact we booked through Booking.com at a lower rate than their standard or the fact we are young-ish erased that smile in their face that you would expect for the sake of customer service at this level. However, let me say, what we payed was fair, but more than that no, because the building might be wonderful but the services and amenities in the room felt like a 3-star hotel, no more than that.

near by the beach

really faaaar from the city centre! took half an hour from the city centre by bus! we decided to stay here only for 1 night instead of 2 nights planned. it's an old radsisson hotel and not much facilities available here.

Very clean and good breakfast. Good location close to the central railway station. Spacious and nice room. Friendly stuff. Very good experience in overall.

A bit strange door locks: you must also lock the door with your keycard when going out and then manually when coming in. It works but there is a risk of forgetting the locking procedure and then leaving your door unlocked. We had some problems with the key cards but it was fixed. We would prefer to have the normal system, which is safer and more straightforward to use.

Location near the Opera and the city center. Excellent breakfast.
