En general j'ai bien aimé cet hôtel et je voudrais dire que le petit déjeuner le matin est exceptionnel et vraiment mérite d'être mentionné comme excellent.Je suis nutritionniste.Tout est prévu et même la diététique. Sa présentation est vaste est remarquable.J'ai observé les gens et tous sans exception étaient très très content. Il faudrait que toutes les chambres soient équipées de coffre-fort. |

Le petit déjeuner: copieux, varié et bon. Le personnel à l'accueil : très agréable et professionnel , personnel de ménage : souriant. L'hotel est sombre, les chambres trop petites et pas chalereuses. Le confort ne correspond pas à un hotel 4*. Il a besoin d'être rénové. |

Parking public proche, pratique le week-end car non payant.Belles installations pour le fitness.Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner et très bon confort de la chambre ; connexion internet très pratique. Thé/café à disposition dans la chambre. Belle vue et hôtel bien placé.Offre de prix intéressante dont nous avons profité. Piscine vraiment petite pour un tel hôtel et accès peu pratique.Impossible d'avoir une chambre à grand lit |

I enjoyed the pool and sauna with the fantastic view. Also the bar on 34th floor was great. The room was not cleaned properly before I arrived. Old sweets were all over the floor behind the chairs and somebody had forgotten a top in the closet which wasn't cleaned out.A shame - I would have liked to stay there again due to location and pool. |

perfect location, nearby central station and main shopping street in Oslo, comfortable beds, quite big rooms, good room service the quality of the hotel is not adequate to price, very small sauna, swimming pool and gym, but on the other hand they are situated on the top of the hotel so the view is beautiful; the breakfast could be also richer |

sauna is a good thing as it can get really cold in Oslo. Close to Opera, Train Station. The beds were Ok. Breakfest ok. Money is still reserved on your credit card - even after the payment has gone through. |

It was a short distance from the train station and convenient to the other public transportation in Oslo. Wireless internet handy. Staff pleasant and breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. The hotel was "tucked away" amongst the large train station and a shopping center. We would have really liked an entrance from the first floor onto the walkways that crossed the busy streets rather than having to go up and down either stairs or ramps. We aren't handicapped but did have some physical problems that made it a lot of extra work to get from the front door of the hotel to the main transportation area. |

There are other Radisson hotels in Oslo, but this is the one right next to Central Station, with connections everywhere, so incredibly convenient. The main street starts at a stone's throw from the hotel and all the shopping is right there. The building is a stylish, glass skyscraper, it is the first building that will call your attention in central Oslo, just fabulous. The hall is also quite luxurious and the room wasn't as big as we would expect, neithee was the bathroom, but the decoration and layour were very original, with the bed in the middle like an island and the desk right opposite the bed frame, on the other side. The view from the upper floors is excellent. It's designed for business travellers. The service was really disappointing. Not attentive at all. They did their work with no incidences, but never spent more than 2 min with us (check-in, check-out) or showed much empathy. Professional but sharp. I saw some staff having a more positive attitude to other (older) clients, so maybe the fact we booked through Booking.com at a lower rate than their standard or the fact we are young-ish erased that smile in their face that you would expect for the sake of customer service at this level. However, let me say, what we payed was fair, but more than that no, because the building might be wonderful but the services and amenities in the room felt like a 3-star hotel, no more than that. |

near by the beach really faaaar from the city centre! took half an hour from the city centre by bus! we decided to stay here only for 1 night instead of 2 nights planned. it's an old radsisson hotel and not much facilities available here. |

The roomview of the city (floor 30), decoration of the room, and the facilities of the business room; good room for a couple with a baby, nespresso machine, free pay TV, free breakfast in the room... The door of the bathroom does not work properly. It is close to the central station (good for travel and airport) but crowed. |

Very clean and good breakfast. Good location close to the central railway station. Spacious and nice room. Friendly stuff. Very good experience in overall. A bit strange door locks: you must also lock the door with your keycard when going out and then manually when coming in. It works but there is a risk of forgetting the locking procedure and then leaving your door unlocked. We had some problems with the key cards but it was fixed. We would prefer to have the normal system, which is safer and more straightforward to use. |
