Hervorragende Lage, nettes Personal, ansprechendes Ambiente, Ja; der Preis ist fast doppelt so hoch gewesen, wie bei der Hinreise, und das nur, weil dort ein Kongress und eine Popveranstaltung stattfand. Das ist m.E. nicht gerechtfertigt! |

Die lage des Hotels, direkt im Brygge-Viertel. Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Von der Vielfalt und der Qualität des Frühstücksangebotes habe ich in dieser Hotelklasse mehr erwartet. |

Good Location. Staff was friendly. Cossy,Dark, 2-3 Big HoneyBees in the Room. Breakfast was Ok. Hotel was not spacious as per the Big Name it has. |

It is a functional hotel but certainly not luxurious. Unimpressive, considering the hotel group's reputation. Expensive for what it is. It is somewhat dated and old fashioned .......it is a good 3 star hotel.....certainly not a 4 star...... |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is central to Bergen. Our bathroom smelled and we had to move to another room. When we changed rooms we were given a 'Business Class' room which the Receptionist said would be nicer than our original room. Quite frankly it was not any different than our original room, wooden flooring and a dirty rug was not what was expected. The Hotel has basically seen better days, it's decor is outdated and the rooms need refurbishment. |

Very nice location. We booked two rooms with equal conditions, but was given two with different quality. The interior is worn-out. At times the staff did not want to notice us waiting to be served. The parking space is for 200 krones a day and looks like a demolished cave with no apparent surveillance. |

Very good position on historic wharf in bergen. A few minutes walking distance from town centre. Breakfast very good value. My booking could not be located by reservation staff on my arrival. However without delay or fuss our room was provided. I'm unsure if this was a hotel or a booking agent error. |

The location is perfect, the airport shuttle stops/starts in front of the hotel, the breakfast is quite satisfying, the front office personnel are polite and warm. |

Coming with small kits, we have immediately received an upgrade to a superior room - bigger and more spacious; excellent breakfast with lots of choice of health food; superbe location in downtown Bergen - everything can be reached by foot bar/restaurant as well as room service close food/kitchen at 10PM. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the major tourists spots, such as the fish market. Easy to use and fast Internet connection. The interior is dated and worn-out. The hallways and rooms need to be renovated. Noisy airconditioning which couldn't keep the room cool enough. |

Ruime kamers, schoon en goed ingedeeld. Lokatie is op het "oudste" plekje van Bergen, monumentaal gedeelte aan de haven. Het uitzicht van bijna alle kamers is wat matig. Heel vaak een muur op een paar meter. |

Comme c'est souvent le cas en Europe malgré une réservation pour un lit double, on nous offre deux lits jumeaux. Ce n'est pas la fin du monde mais ce serait bien de le savoir lors de la réservation. |
