Location, within 5 minutes walk to shopping centre. View from our room was lovely on the Bryggen.Great breakfast in hotel.
Everything expensive in Norway but we knew that before we went.
The service and exceptionally helpful waiter 'Julian' in the Fellini restaurant.
1. They lost my dress suit which I sent for pressing. 70th birthday dinner in a t-shirt.!!!!!!! 2. The drains in the room were so blocked the water hardly went down. 3. Woken up at 0200 by drunks banging on the door. 4. Workmen in the lobby making a lot of a noise during breakfast. 5. Bathroom items very tired.
This is our first trip of Sacandinivian country and my wife loved her stay at Radisson. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, facilities were awesome and overall we had memorable stay.
Nothing as such, however would have prefered the heated floor in toilets as is now our stay at Radisson Blu Alna, Oslo.
Fantástic breakfast buffet. Make sure to get up early and enjoy it! Assortment of breads, cereal, veggies, fruit, fish, ham, cheese and hot dishes like eggs, potatoes, etc. In my case, it was included in the rate.
I enjoyed staying here, breakfast was good, I could not have asked for better staff, they were extremely helpful and very pleasant and made our stay at the hotel a ver good experience. Would definitely stay here again while in Bergen.
I had a bed
No still water ..fridge not supplied No coffee..no milk...no wine No bath mat I phoned to order glass of wine Told no room service Made me get dressed at midnight to go and get a glass of wine I did this.. Then told I would be charged room service as they would carry my drink up to the room for me !!!! I rejected this offer went back to my room received no phone and no wine ??? I think I interrupted their sleep !! I had a really bad time already with flights and my lost luggage and I just needed something to go right .. Just the simplicity of a rest and a drink ... No chance. I mean they made me get dressed to get a drink and then refused me demanding I pay them to deliver it ?? !!! When they told room service had finished and my mini bar was empty !! ( not by me of course)it had never been filled . It was stressful By comparison the scandic in stavanger the night before looked after me... with my luggage lost they gave me a gown to sleep in !! And were really kind to me when I had nothing Remember I am away from home with no luggage !! The Radisson could not care less
It was perfectly located and you felt like you walked into a postcard the moment you turned the corner. Plus it was very near the wharf where we were picked up for dinner at Cornelius.
The breakfast is really good and included GF and lactose options. The rooms are big and it was fairly comfortable. Great spot in old town.
Location, breakfasts, dinners, lobby computer was useful to print boarding passes
Weather was raw
Location, staff, wifi, room, breakfast, intrance and exit to the puplic parking is in the loppy, everything was perfect
Hotel is perfectly situated - right on the waterfront and is walking distance (less than 5mins) from the centre. Breakfasts were great and food in the restaurant was good too.
Booked a double room and arrived at midnight to be given a twin - The guy on the front desk was very unhelpful and basically said tough! However when we asked again in the morning it was sorted swiftly and we moved to an upgraded room so all wasn't bad after all!
perfect location and style. Good breakfast as usual in Radisson. recommend to others.
Ideal situation next to the old city center and very close to the harbour and shopping malls. Buffet with large choice in the morning for having coffee. Friendly staff at the reception.
Cleaning was not up to the top (neither at the arrival, but also while staying) Hotelrooms have no special charme and are mostly missing natural light. Half empty thermos with cold coffee on the table for the morning coffee
Perfect location: next to the old wharf and easy access to airport bus and local buses. Free transfer to cruise lines. umptuous breakfast buffet and delicious coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that heated bathroom floor.
Room was on 2nd floor with narrow construction site and vehicle right outside the window. Very narrow thin and unanchored bed-mattress.
Great location in the Bryggen. Easy to walk to from your cruise terminal (but not the Hurtigruten coastal). Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Staff very helpful.
Liked it all!
Cheap decor - looks like it is furnished from IKEA. Understaffing means long queues at Reception. Restaurant is very limited in choice & very expensive.
from the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, no question to difficult to answer, from getting directions to using the wifi, which was an involved procedure for us! Great location too, right in the heart of everything.
excellent location, fair price
room was hot but weather was unusually warm for the time of year
The hotel staff were most helpful and their ability to help foreign language tourists most commendable. Booking in was easy and quick and room occupation hours tourist geared. The breakfast was well presented, service quick and vacuum flasks of coffee on each table a great idea. We were very happy with the location in the tourist area. The bus service was good.
The unfavourable money rate exchange hit us hard.
lovely quiet room.
thought breakfast hot food was very lukewarm and so avoided a cooked breakfast.
Room, comfortable bed, well equipped with coffee maker (Nespresso) and very good internet connection. Close to Bryggen and Fløybanen.
A little crowded in the breakfast room. Que at the check out desk in the morning at departure.
central location steps from everything fastest check in and check out form all the hotels i have been to
a little bit cheaper than the other Radisson in Bergen; just along the sea and the colorful houses
if you have heavy lugguge to drag, then please choose another Radisson, this is much far away from the train station
Best location ever. Very good restaurant - Fellini, down at the hotel. Very good breakfast! 20 minutes walking from the train station.
Very expensive for the offers. I've booked an executive room, wich was supposed to have a living with a chair and a table, but what they call living room is everything right beside your bed. Very small room. Better stay in a cheaper hotel with the same size room. There was an event at the hotel with very loud music until 1:00 AM
Excellent location Breakfast with a lot of variety
Rooms are small for the price
