bed was small

the breakfast was very good and the room was clean and comfortable

there was no fitness facility on site

1-My room curtains were torn(didn't bother me but takes away the wow factor!!), 2-there is no telephone at bedside!! if I recvd or wanted to make any calls I can't do it at the comfort of my bed..even at odd hours.

had a lovely time, staff was very helpful and lovely, excellent bed and reading light, bathroom with good quality light.

Themed room was gimmicky and was not impressed with pool and sauna. There were no staff and decor needed updating. Jacuzzi was not very hot and the sauna's were in changing rooms and not in operation

Breakfast in the atrium area, with a decent cup of tea.

Check in took forever. Booked Queen room...but was allocated "Twin Room" Once changed,the room was only a small double, set up for 1 person not 2... had to ask for more towels, pillows, duvets etc Bathroom Floor flooded from the shower Shower gel dispenser empty Room was incredibly dusty!!! Had to pay for parking...other hotels in stavanger offer free weekend parking Expensive hotel, which failed to deliver Checkout took forever We were very disappointed with this hotel, after staying in much cheaper ones in Stavanger

Hotel rooms was quiet and comfortable so slept well, Breafast was good with plenty of options

The room was too hot and no one oils or would fix the thermostat. It was very unpleasant and the staff were not helpful at all. I would not recommend it.

Hotel is situated close to the town center, so it doesn't take long to get anywhere really. Friendly personnel, decent breakfast, nice pub in the lobby.

While pre-authorizing card upon arrival they blocked an addicional amout - some kind of deposit, without a word of explanation. That was kind of annoying. Receptionists should inform guests of such things. I had to wait a few days to see in my nettbank how much in fact I paid, and it turned out that I was overcharged. After I had asked booking.com for help in that matter, the overcharged amount was returned to me.

Hotel good for town centre business and transport,

Had problems with AC in room,tempertaure setting faulty could not be adjusted in room and cold, hotel supplied portable heating which worked against AC, improved a little!. maintanace company did not manage to fix during stay! Going back next week for 10 days, will not stay in same room unless corrected.

Clean, simple and well located within Stavanger.

The carpet in my room was stained and had burns on it which detracted from the overall impression.

The people at the desk were very wekcoming.

We really liked the relaxed atmosphere...The welcome was warm, the staffs were very polite and helpful: we get extra blanket for our daughter in a minute. The room was beautiful and very clean. We liked the tea/coffee making facility in bedroom. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice. It was our second time to stay in the Hotel, and we will definitely go back again and will highly recommend to all our friends.

Het ontbijt was van zeer goede kwaliteit en de gastvrouw was geweldig aardig en servicegericht. Hotel ligt vlakbij het centrum, het haventje waar de horeca en daarachter de winkels zijn. Vooral tocht naar Lyssefjord heel bijzonder (Preikestolen) en ook de echte preekstoel in de Dom Kirke is heel mooi.

Kjempe god sørvis i respesjonen og måten resepsjonen ordnet opp etter resturangen sin feil/uhølighet=) nydelige rom og hotell=)

Maten når vi bestilte middag på resturangen og høfligheten på serveringen der når vi måtte gi tilbake melding på at vi ikke fikk det vi hadde bestilt.
