The price was attractive, the location is good, our room was upgraded to business class. Breakfast - long cues, juice is only from the automat, no sweets, staff in the restaurant is not helpfull. |

The breakfast is actually not bad -- not luxurious, but not disgusting. It's not the hotel's fault, but this seems to be one of the best hotels I could find in Oslo, and it is a 2-star at best, rated as a 4-star, and it's $350 US/night. You probably can't do any better in this stupid town, but just don't expect luxury. I know 4-star and this is not it. |

The location of the hotel is outstanding. It is overlooking the Royal Palace and very close to the shopping streets (karls Johanes and Bogstadsvein). Close to good restaurants and nice area for chill out. Great for a weekend trip for its location. Also, the hotel is very high standards, very modern design. Room and bed are comfortable. I like this hotel very much, but be aware that breakfast is very crowded. |

An adequate hotel for the purpose of my stay which was a conference. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection Not very impressive hotel. Clearly refurbished ad hoc. Was staying with friends and the rooms were very variable. Our room which was "business class" was tiny but modern and the view was lovely over the fjords. Other rooms were quite old and very unimpressive. Don't choose this hotel for the pool/facilities - very ordinary |

Poorly located to train station, incredible lck of customer service,, understaffed, rooms are realy dated...this hotel is highly overrated and overpriced. Typical Radisson...seems llike a solid American hotel chain (like Hyatt or Marriott) but dont kid yourself..this is really second rate!! |

Checking out The bedroom furniture looked like it was bought at a flea market, the screeching whistling sound at 3 am that emmanated from the pipes in the bathroom and the terrible room service |

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool and sauna had free lockers and plenty of fluffy white towels. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The booking details were totally correct. Thank you. |

The breakfast was excellent! I don't recall having any better selection of foods at any other hotel either in the US or Europe. The location was very good as well. Several aspects of the room were unacceptable. First there was a loud whistling sound presumably caused by the water pipes that disturbed us periodically during the day and through much of the nights. This alone was a sufficient reason not to stay there again. A minor annoyance was the sound of the ice maker outside the room. If a substandard room was given us because of the discounted rate we were given, these types of room problems should have been disclosed in the description. Also, the room was never properly stocked with amenities: no cups for the coffee /tea maker were provided on the first day; only one drinking glass was supplied on the second and third days. Finally, the floor drain was unclean with hairs and other debris |

The first night isn't good, the room is next to the lift, very noisy and bathroom has odour. we complained and they upgraded us to business club room, which is a luxurious and spacious room. And it has nespresso coffee machine and coffee I loved !! The breakfast is great. Location is ok, close to Oslo Palace. Sunday night, no room service, the stuff are off. Cheap rate room doesn't supply tea/coffee and body lotion. |

The closeness to the city centre. There is also a very convenient SAS airport bus that goes all the way to the hotel and starts its journey to the airport from Radisson Scandinavia. The breakfast room was packed and it was hard to find an available table. |
