The view of Oslo, and the feeling of staying at a hotel with long experience of serving guests with high standards of service and comfort. The hotel have gone through a proper facelift in the lobby and it's surroundings, now it should be time to have a look at the bathrooms. The "look" is not that bad, but some inconvinience with the tap/sink, and most of all; the "speed" of the water coming from the shower is irritatingly slow. |

Breakfast Buffet is excellant! We were given a smoking room as we checked in early, which is fine, as I actually do smoke. However, as soon as the doors opened on our floor, which was the top floor, you were nearly knocked over by the smell of old smoke. The room smelt even worse obviously. Also our room seemed to be the local hangout for cleaners and bartenders, as in the space of about 2 hours, six members of staff walked into our room without knocking. And this wasn't to clean the room, as it was already done. Our room was probably the room where the staff had their cigarette breaks! Anyway, the room was very dated, and didn't resemble any of the pictures they have on the website. The bathroom wasn't clean either. Not worth the money at all! |

The location and the breakfast weas excellent. There was no coffee facilities, or toiletries in a room which was apparently 2000NK at full price - this is unacceptable. The restaurant had 8 tables all of which were reserved so we had to eat out - again this is not how you advertise the hotel with the brasserie and Enzo's. |

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location very close to a train station. It's definitely old and it shows. Not very bad though. |

the city centre location was good for sight seeing and getting around the local area with tram stops taxi ranks and train stations within walking distance. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice. |

The hotel was out of date - the room had broken tiles on the floor, the carpet and curtains were old, the lamp shade was ripped. Definitely didn't look like a Radisson Hotel! The breakfast was boring too - same food every day, no changes at all. |

The breakfast is actually not bad -- not luxurious, but not disgusting. It's not the hotel's fault, but this seems to be one of the best hotels I could find in Oslo, and it is a 2-star at best, rated as a 4-star, and it's $350 US/night. You probably can't do any better in this stupid town, but just don't expect luxury. I know 4-star and this is not it. |

The location of the hotel is outstanding. It is overlooking the Royal Palace and very close to the shopping streets (karls Johanes and Bogstadsvein). Close to good restaurants and nice area for chill out. Great for a weekend trip for its location. Also, the hotel is very high standards, very modern design. Room and bed are comfortable. I like this hotel very much, but be aware that breakfast is very crowded. |

An adequate hotel for the purpose of my stay which was a conference. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection Not very impressive hotel. Clearly refurbished ad hoc. Was staying with friends and the rooms were very variable. Our room which was "business class" was tiny but modern and the view was lovely over the fjords. Other rooms were quite old and very unimpressive. Don't choose this hotel for the pool/facilities - very ordinary |

Poorly located to train station, incredible lck of customer service,, understaffed, rooms are realy dated...this hotel is highly overrated and overpriced. Typical Radisson...seems llike a solid American hotel chain (like Hyatt or Marriott) but dont kid yourself..this is really second rate!! |

Checking out The bedroom furniture looked like it was bought at a flea market, the screeching whistling sound at 3 am that emmanated from the pipes in the bathroom and the terrible room service |
