Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Oslo (雷迪森布鲁酒店)    

酒店离皇宫很近，去市政厅也非常方便。服务人员很好，由于当晚酒店满房，很积极地将我们安排到另外的连锁酒- 店。

早餐一般，而且房间内的设施也比较一般。

房间城市景观很好，电梯快速而平稳，早餐丰盛。

距离中央火车站稍远，不过乘坐Tram可方便抵达。

地理位置非常好；宾馆设施挺不错；服务态度很热情

我想了解这样一个问题：我和朋友住在1122房间，临走时我朋友可能把一个信封落在房间里了。信封里是一些- 发票，准备寄给The research council of norway 的。这个信封对我们很重要，关系到一位重要学者的信誉。请你们在房间找找看；无论是否有，请尽快给我们回复- ，谢谢！

Great location, great breakfast, nice staff

Was hard to get the wifi on my iPhone. Had to get IT support to help.

The lift goes to 21th only , then you have to go by stairs!! The room very dirty at all !! Especially over the closet. Supposed that was no smocking room , but smell smoked!! Double room but only 1 glass for water. Aircondition didn`t work. The saouna in the ground floor inside the lockers room , so seperate from my wife!!!!

Nice place generally. Clean.

Added a "forth person" charge to our room for our 4 year old daughter! Why is the room only for 3 when there are two beds that can accommodate 2 each? Ran out of soy milk at breakfast the second day of our stay. Top floor bar is very expensive.

Location is good - short walk from the Palace and the main street; staff is friendly and helpful; there is a bus service directly to/from the airport; breakfast is very good

The bar which is on the 21st floor of the hotel and was highly advertised on the hotel's website was closed due to bank holidays and there wasn't even a note anywhere online that some facilities would not be working. We were hoping to enjoy the beautiful views but they shut it for 5 days - really strange considering the hotel was full! Also, sauna, shower and changing rooms for the swimming pool were combined (male/female) - very uncomfortable.

It is rather old hotel, pool is small, not enough shower gel and shampoo.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel beginning April 2013. The hotel is in a good location and the SAS airport bus has its last stop in front of the hotel. It was a 60 mins ride. The SAS airport bus offers free wifi on board so the time went very fast. We booked a deluxe twin bed room with breakast. The room was new with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was huge lots of selection of International food. We loved it! The hotel also povides complimentary internet for the guests. There is a swimming pool with sauna and gym on the 0 Level which is open till 11pm and is complimentary as well. There is a tram station behind the hotel which takes you direct to the city center. We were absolutely satisfied with the service and facilities we paid for the price.

The only thing I could comment regarding to the information provided by the reception about tours, transportation and happenings in the city. We got wrong information how to go to the Vigeland Park. One of the receptionist said the tram 11 goes direct there however it is not true as you have to take 2 station with the tram 12 from Majorstuen station. We didnt know about it so we had to walk 15 minutes from Majorstuen. Also, the next day morning we were asking about the city tours. The gentelman, I think his name was Aroon behind the reception desk said that only the bus tour is operation and there is no boat sightseeing tour available as the water is frozen. I even asked him double to make sure it is ture and he said yes. Which was totally wrong as we came to know last minute that the fjord boat sightseeing boat is running so we managed to catch it last minute. He also said the tour which is coming to pick from the hotel (HMK) is taking us direct to the tour, however it was again a wrong information as the bus only collected the guests from different hotel and dropped everybody by the City Hall where we they had the different designated busses. Definately a training for the team is required. Also, no one asked me if I would like to be a membership of their loyality program not even upon check out.

The breakfast and the location were very good.

The superior bedrooms are small and old. The room was not clean we found a dirty cup of coffee in the room and the bathroom was not really clean.

Big and clean room with modern Deco. Even a heated bathroom floor which was a good surprise especially in cold climate. View of ski jump was fantastic. Breakfast had a wide choice and was good.

Need to take tram which is expensive. Walkkng from Central atation is possible depending on weatjher conditions. Hotel is a bit far about 3 km.

Breakfast is very good, trum and metro station is very near, so very covenience to move to city center.

Staff member could offer no restaurant recommendations. Duvet was about 2 foot smaller than the bed, staff had no spare 'larger duvets' There was no prior information that the sky bar was closed for the bank holiday weekend

Location is good, just a short walk to the city centre. Excellent breakfeast. Airport coaches just outside the hotel, which is convenient.

On a general, the hotel is quite old and rundown with shabby interiors. The poor cleaning doesn't help, either. Boring view from the room (4th floor). The skybar turned out to be closed for the holiday which was a bit disappointing, so check this before you book. I did get a substantial discount which made the hotel reasonably priceworthy, but at the original price it would have been a robbery.
