The room was clean, the building is nice and quite close to a tram stop. It's a bit outside the city center, there is no staff on duty during the evenings and nights, and there is no bathroom in the room, and the one on the hallway was horrible, dirty! |

easy access to everything, busses, trains, nice quite area. sharring toilet facilities with several rooms. rooms need at least a wash basin. We had 2 toilets on the floor they should be designated men for one and women for the other. |

it's of norvegian charme, so if you dont like international hotels that look alike everywhere, you're right, very good connection to the city by bus, flytoget airport railway station Skoyen just 15 minutes away to walk, the shower for several rooms outside (but that was told in advance) wireless lan: only weak connection, instable |

Quiet and good atmosphere. It's a problem that there is no toilet or bath at the room. But i've got this when I booked so I knew this in advance. |

The outside of the hotel looks nice, friendly staff, good area Breakfast is wayy too early (5am-830am), the hotel room smelled like paint, the beds were very hard, they don't have a universal credit card machine so they don't take worldwide credit cards. There was hair in the bed,, hair in the towels, floors are noisy when people walk around, no elevator, no television in the rooms, Internet connection not to be found, need more hooks in the shower room. |

Very nice place to stay, not far from the centre, easily accesible on foot. Very nice house, comfortable to stay in. Clean rooms. Not fuss about check-in and check-out. No mirrors in bedroom. |

i like some english channel and own toilet and telephone if it cost more doesn,t matter, breakfast need to improve there was no receptionist if i need any help and no phone in the room and no cleaning and also toilet was not attached with room |

Very friendly and nice staff, quiet, comfortable beds, afternoon free tea/coffee and waffles, i didnt have a problem with anything, very quiet at night, nice rooms and lovely building. there was a door in our room that used to be a terrace door and it didnt close properly! Also the room was cold. |

The location of the Residence, very central and close to public transport. The fact that we could leave our car there while visiting Oslo. The friendly and helpful personnel / owners. The nice room and garden. Very noisy, both from outside (traffic) and inside (we could hear everything form the guests in the next room and the dining room (from 6:00am!)). Too few bathrooms for too many rooms. |

Beautiful elegant house, friendly owners, large room.On bus route, convenient for tourist attractions. Only one bathroom on each floor for the rooms without en suite. Breakfast finished at 9.00 am - a liittle early |
