Rica Bakklandet Hotel  

Everything. Spotlessly clean, fab shower, great beds with wonderful linen. And the breakfast is one of the best ever....so much choice and absolutely delicious. Staff are efficient and friendly... position of hotel is one of the best and airport express bus stops right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing. Location was also very good. Neat and clean.

The service was great there - the breakfast at the same standard. The room was great. Clean, all necessary accessories. The breakfast was very nice. A great selection of fresh food and fruits - great juice from bottles on ice - even a little smootie shot was made - topped it with serving coffee at the table and keeping the area clean all the time. This is a great example of how a hotel should should be ran. The staff were greatful all the time, the cleaning personel said hello and smiled Had a small issue, but did not want to use time on it - if I would of mentioned it, I am very sure they would have taken care of it. They stay was overall great and I can recommend it - Next time I have the chance to go to Trondheim, this would be the place to stay.

Manglet treningssal som var annonsert - et lite rom I et glassbur med to tredemøller og et apparat er ikke et treningsrom. Uansett ordnet de med en gratis billett på sats 2 min. Unna - super service fra personalet.

They should have teapots. Better information about choices of coffee etc. The bed was not properly made ( 2 bed sheets which didnt match) Terrible music in the restaurant, I want soft music there, I.e jazz, instead of loud music. Or best, no music!

The staff were friendly, efficient and relaxed. The food was excellent, the location excellent, and the hotel was very clean.

Rooms are relatively small but probably average for Norway.

Very clean and modern inside. The internet service was flawless and the restaurant had excellent food. The bathroom was large and had a clean, very hot shower. Bed was comfortable with clean and modern linens. Overall, an excellent hotel!

Conveniently situated (Airport bus just outside, town center within walking distance). Friendly and service minded staff And the best of all: The breakfast, a great variety of godd, homemade style food. The layput of the reaturant/breakfast room makes you relax and enjoy the food and your company

I cannot think of anything I did not like - so I will come back!

Very friendly and professional staff at front desk and breakfast restaurant. Fantastic breakfast buffet included in price of room. Can recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was outstanding, probably as good as any hotel I have stayed in. We also had dinner in the restaurant both nights and the food was very well cooked with generous servings. Wine list was quite well chosen but like most things in Norway, eye wateringly expensive.

Parking was in the attached parking house and there was no special deal for hotel guests. If you wanted to take the car out, you had to pay every time. In many other hotels, you pay a set charge per day which works out better if you go out a few times in a day. There is also no Porte cohere so getting bags in and out was a bit of a bind.

Great location by the river. Tasteful and modern interior. Very nice staff.

Great location, tastefully decorated rooms, nice view over the Nidelven river, good breakfast, great fish in the restaurant.

Frokosten

Restaurant met goed uitzicht op de oude stad; zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Alle voorzieningen en culturele attracties zijn goed bereikbaar. Ruime kamer en ruime badkamer, praktische inrichting en heel goede bedden.

Ik had een kamer met uitsluitend een dakraam, dus geen zicht op de omgeving.

Hyggelig betjenning - romslig og rent på badet. Fantastisk utsikt fra 6 etj og alt i alt meget bra rom. Også veldig sentralt - kort til jernbanestasjonen og ekspressbåt.

Frokosten var alldeles nydelig.Masse variasjon,spennende og kjempegod.Flott,og trivelig hotell.

Sentral beliggenhet. Moderne rom med flott utsikt over Nidelven.

Ikke mulig å få twin beds på Superior og Deluxe rommene. Kun på Standard rommene.
