The room was very spacious and modern. Neat and clean. Close to the city centre, train station and shopping mall. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good price for what we got! Very little information were given about our stay (breakfast times, how to get to our room, etc) when we checked in. We had to ask about everything.

Staff very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the price very good for such a central location. The lifts were a little tempremental - sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn'T....with only 2 in the hotel it is a long way to the 7th floor!

Its location, cleanliness, staff who are friendly, approachable and helpful, breakfast choice and timetable. We have stayed at the Rica hotel in Ulvic and we can truly say our experience in Bergen far surpasses the one in Ulvic. Only disappointment was the Information Pack placed in thev room; there was a marked lack of information in English.

Breakfast - best Scandinavian breakfast seen! Size of hotel room. I have never seen such small hotel room, and I stay in hotel about 330 nights a year. I cant understand how it is possible to charge such high rate for so little.
