Central location, convenient for the bus stop for the airport. Good breakfast. Double room was far too small, bed was pushed against a wall so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out. Too much furniture (two chairs and a table) in such a small space, which made the room cluttered and uncomfortable. |

Convenient for the station and the unesco site. Plenty of good restaurants nearby with a range of prices. Comfortable beds. Quiet room even though it overlooked the square on a busy street corner. One of the drawers in the cupboard in the bedroom was broken. |

Nice, tidy & spacious room (6th floor), friendly stuff, full breakfast with plenty of choices, free coffee all day (!), nodal location (walking distance from most major attractions & airport bus-stop) The automatic vending machine for refreshments/water in the room was empty. |

Rica Hotel Bergen is too far from the city for city travelers. Suburban line was broken, so we had to use buses. It was really unpleasant for the early flight. But hotel is cozy, there are free wi-fi connection, room is ok. |

Located in the city center, modern rooms, excellent breakfast and very proffessional staff. Only minus is the traffic noise. That could be helped by closing the window, but then there was no fresh air in the room. |

The breakfast was nice, although the copious amount of Spanish guests was a bit annoying. |

Have stayed there twice and both times it was good. Rooms are of an adequate size, modern and simply fited out. Buffet breakfast was a pretty reasonable spread of food. Location of hotel is quite central to most parts of the city - wharf, tourist area, shopping mall, train station etc all within a 10 minute walk. |

Very good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Helpful and patient staff. Tasty breakfast. The hotel doesn't provide free internet access on the ground floor. Not so convenient for travellers without laptops. |
