Outstanding breakfast, comfortable room, location - 5 minutes to go to Bryggen Window sight was a construction site in the hotel's yard. Also, the construction became quite noisy in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent The room we had was extremely noisy, I believe the smoker area was outside our window. The double bed was up against the wall on one side and the curtains and bedding were tight against a convector heater and got extremely hot, I didn't feel this was very safe.

Highly professional and welcoming staff. Comfort and cleanliness. Good location. The tiny, claustrophobic nutshell double room (the one just behind the hotel street flag) which was smaller than any single room we ever booked in this category. Quite shameful. You could hardly walk a few steps; it felt like a (golden) cage. The decadent regal breakfast; you spend more time going through the oversized, complicated buffet than eating. The gloomy reception space and corridors. A bit overpriced for the total experience.

Amazing breakfast and hotel location pretty good. Due to Christmas period staff seemed sometimes boaring to work (i mean everybody think about Christmas and wish if was not working), rooms a bit small according the ammount paid .

We have stayed at this hotel several times, The room was quiet and nice. It was clean, and the staff kept it clean every day. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious. All the employees are very nice and helpful, and polite.They made us feel welcome and we had a very pleasent stay, as always at this hotel, The elevator was out of function for 3 days of our stay. We had to walk from 6th floor to 7th and across the whole floor to our room 603 which was near the elevator out of order,

Easy check-in, good location, and very nice breakfast. The budget room that we stayed in was too small! I think that the hotel is overpriced as most Norwegian hotels.
