I choose Rica Hotel Gardermoen a) because I had my dog with me and b) because I was meeting someone at Gardermoen Airport. I booked via the internet but rang the hotel to check whether I could have a room with easy access to the outside, in order to air my dog. The member of staff who took the call, understood this requirement perfectly. I have, in the past, experienced so-called pet-friendly hotels which think easy access, is via the lift or a lot of stairs, through reception, or even the area where people are eating! I was afraid that the noise of aircraft would be disturbing because of the hotel's proximity to the airport. It wasn'T.

Personal was friendly like always! I like this hotel because the breakfast is much better like in that level hotels! Always something interesting in morning table. I was three times there and all three times was something new on the plates - caviar.. or special kooked potatoes...etc.... There was one man from personal... who walk around offer coffee and milk... that was nice. In evening ...in reception.... was left special made desert for everybody and for free... in koridors are free Ice Cream :) It was very bad gym :)

Det er veldig bra at hotellet har en restaurant som har middagsservering til kl. 2200 med god og velsmakende mat. Det er kjempeflott at frokostserveringen starter tidlig, for oss som skal reise videre med fly grytidlig om morgenen.

Eine kurze Abstimmung mit unserem Geschäftspartner in der Lobby wurde durch das Hotelpersonal unangenehm unterbrochen und wir wurden mit Nachdruck darauf aufmerksam gemacht ein teures Sitzngszimmer zu reservieren. Unsere Abstimmung erfolgte anschließend im Bus/ Flughafengelände

Flott hotell. En helt herlig resepsjonist som het Carmen gjorde oppholdet til noe helt spesielt. Jeg bestilte vekking, 2 ganger fordi det var noe galt med mobilen min etter at jeg kom fra utlandet. Jeg ble ikke vekket og forsov meg til flyet mitt til evenes på morgenen. Det resulterte I at jeg måtte kjøpe ny billett på sas, Samt lang ventetid. Det kostet meg mao nesten kr 1500,- ekstra. Ikke bra. Tok det opp med resepsjonisten og hun sa at jeg hadde stått på listen over vekking. Men, jeg hadde ikke blitt vekket. Jeg sover normalt lett, så her må det ha vært en feil. Hva gjør jeg med de ekstrautgiftene jeg fikk???????

fine, rene rom, med det jeg forventer av fasiliteter. a la carte menyen var liten og lite inspirerende. Skuffet over maten, var ikke god. Kjøpte en saltimbucco kylling, med tomatrisotto som smakte rett i koppen tomatsuppe, kyllingen var kald. Vi angret på at vi ikke spiste på mcdonalds ved siden av..

Det ligger nært flyterminalen I og med at vi skulle videre neste dag. Vi kom sent til Gardemoen og ut til hotellet. Det vi mener var negativt var at det ikke var mat/servering å få. Vi skulle reise videre neste morgen.
