Rica Hell Hotel  

The staff, the location, the food (excellent breakfast!), the facilities (an extra plus for the pool!), the shuttle bus, the bed - everything!

The room (323) was very hot and no option for adjusting the temperature

Clean, staff friendly and helpful, swimming pool, the breakfast is royal !, wifi work well,big commercial mall near by.

- Very poor and small gym for this gigantic hotel the only machine to worl out was out off order. - I was little bit cold in the room impossible to set the heat

I stayed only 1 night due to having an early morning flight, and the proximity to the airport was good. I could not get any connection to the Wi-Fi on my laptop in the room, so brought it to reception to try, but again nothing, so the hotel technician tried and even he could not get connected. Probably the settings in my laptop need changing? But he good point I would like to make is, that the guy gave me a hotel laptop to use for the evening so that I could check and send e-mail, and also use Skype to talk with my wife in Bulgaria. Very commendable.I Chose the hotel because they serve breakfast from 04.00, which let me have something before going to check-in. Good food, although a bit over-priced.

There was a lovely buffet dinner on the night I was there, but I believe it was a bit overpriced at 395 nok. I realise everything in Norway is expensive, but this I felt was ott.

Quality appearance..good value for Norway. Internet free . Food was excellent. close to airport and shops.

It was difficult to get to the hotel by walk in the night, no pedestrian pavement.

Courtesy bus only runs from 7am to 11pm . one reason i booked hotel was due to they had a courtesy bus. but my flight was at 6.30am and need to be at airport at 5.30am they shoudl clearly state in there deatisl timing of bus.

Vi fikk booke om rommet vårt med en gang vi kom,selv om vi egentlig hadde bestilt et annet. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Bra fasiliteter og et flott hotell.

Har ingenting negativt å si,bare positiv opplevelse.

Maten i restauranten var kjempegod. Hyggelige folk i resepsjonen og i restauranten. Godt med basseng.

Og ha vindu inn mot resepsjonen/hallen...

Har ingen ting å utsette på noe, skal jeg framheve noe så må det være frokosten som var utmerket.

Rummen var betydligt mer slitna än vad hotellet i övrigt antyder.
